[Q] how to connect to internet through pc via usb?

i have pc with internet ADSL
i can connect to internet via WIFI but
how to connect to internet through pc via usb cable ?
i mean want connect internet from pc to galaxy W via Usb
Note :-
i haven't root
The seller said if I broke the root will lose my warranty ​

Just go to setting-wireless n network-tethering n portable hotspot-(check) usb tethering
Don't forget to enable Usb debugging bro

U can try Reverse Tethering

For me, it works for a few seconds then lost connnection

Anyone able to connect the phone via USB for file transfer or ADB with win 8?
Have searched online everywhere, as well as XDA and there's absolutely no connection to my computer!!!
Please help if you know.

I have been running Windows 8 Enterprise at work and Windows 8 Professional on all my computers at home. I haven't had any problems connecting my phone to any computer and being able to see my phone. When i first connected my phone, the drivers automatically installed but my phone did not show up as a device under drives nor did Odin see my phone, I simply disconnected the USB cable from my phone, waited a few seconds, plugged it back in and then the computer showed my phone and Odin recognized it. Make sure you have internet access as I think the drivers are automatically downloaded from the internet.

I haven't used Odin or adb but I have cm10 installed and I was able to copy files over using windows 8.

I have a Galaxy Note 8 that I would like to root.
I have downloaded and installed the latest Samsung drivers on my PC, and can connect the tablet via USB to my computer with no problem. I can browse the tablet via the computer etc. (Windows 7)
Problem: I fire up Odin mode on my tablet and put it into download mode. (I have USB debugging enabled.)
I fire up Odin 3.07 on my PC and plug in the USB cable.
I have no connection between the tablet and the PC under any conditions when the tablet is in Odin download mode.
Any suggestions?

Tried Starting Odin as Administrator?

You may need to install the samsung usb drivers. There is a difference between connecting your tablet to your computer and windows reading it as an MTP device, and connecting it in download mode which the computer sees differently and will need drivers for it. You can find them on the Samsung support site in the download section.

[Q] How to copy files to PC?

Please help. I have connected my phone to windows pc i.e, windows 7. All files are sh owing but i am not able to copy any of the file to pc hard drive. I am also not able to open to view the picturres or videos. There is jo error..copy paste function also not working..pls help..

I recently installed LineageOS on Xiaomi Redmi Note 7. I want to transfer some photos and files, but my PC cannot find my device. Is there a solution? Thanks.

Use an ftp server app on the phone and ftp client on the PC. I use that method and get approx 400Mbps transfer throughput.
