Nice rom bro, i tested it yesterday. Can you put an option to disable the boot animation sound? It makes a lot of noise.

install root explorer........tap r/w button......thn go to system/media and now delete android_audio.mp3 file....and reboot
now the sound is removed,,,,,,

I just don't get it ... I have to flash gapps or not ?
Because if I flash gapps, MIUI goes crazy and crashes ... If I didn't flash the gapps I don't have Play Store, and I cannot sync my google contacts ...
How to use this ROM to have Play Store and Contacts (I created a Cloud or whatever account, but that doesn't sync my contacts !) ?

only for 4.2.2 MIUI

yesterday i have flashed official 4.2.2 gapps
everything is fine about gapps and system smoothness
but gaming performance is too bad
none of custom kernels working
only miui kernel working

Rom dont see all photos. Also if i connect phone to computer i see only few files on memory card.
So it's not very stable

you must run media scanner after booted up, ex: i use trickstermod to run media scanner, after finish, all my files comes up in the File Manager/PC
about custom kernel, you must flash the 4.2.2 lib, you can download it from post #1 in trinity kernel thread
i used Trinity Kernel Stable and it works
my custom kernel experience:
Trinity Stable - Booted Up and success
Fancy Kernel - Bootloop, must dirty flash the ROM MIUI again
AK Kernel - Bootloop, must dirty flash the ROM MIUI again
currently tried those kernel, later i will try Lean and Franco

I have issue on gps, i can't get location position..
How to fix it...?
My miui is 3.6.7..

I tried trinity kernel 4.2.2stable63, but it stucks at boot. Do you have any idea?

I am thrilled to be a miui user again. Back when I had a nexus 1 miui was the only ROM I would use. And now with v5 its finally back to being a usable ROM.
Can anyone offer suggestions to help me install AOSP browser? The miui browser is not nearly as usable for me.

stable63? the only stable kernel for 4.2.2 is Stable1. TNP1344-384-JB-4.2.2-STABLE1

[Q] Adding AOKP Touch Sounds to PACMAN v23

Hello,
I've been using the AOKP rom for quite some time now and finally switched over to the PacMan rom. I miss the AOKP touch sounds and would like to install the sounds but I haven't been able to locate the default PacMan rom touch sounds. I've already checked the system/media/audio folder ad there's no UI folder. I already downloaded the AOKP touch sounds so if anyone knows where to install them, please let me know! :good:

I downloaded PAC Rom and basically in the zip there's a UI folder in system/media/ and that's where the sounds are.
Unzip the ROM, replace the sounds (and change the names of the AOKP sounds to reflect the PAC sounds), the rezip and flash.

Cyanogen recently presented a new package for users running Cyanogen Mod 12.1 ROMs containing Cyanogen Apps.
NOTE​This mod will work on any device running Cm 12.1/Cm13.0/Aosp/RRO (5.1.1 or 6.0) based ROMs.
To get this running successfully, update your ROM to latest build.
I would be great full if you post the specific ROM name in which you tried this mod, so that other's might find it helpful.

As this build is for Cm 12.1 but Cm 13.0 users should not be disappointed as I tried flashing this in it which gave a dialer FC(Force Close) i.e u won't be able to recieve/make calls. I managed to make another zip for Cm 13.0 users including everything except Dialer.So that they can also get the cyanogen OS taste.

Aosp/Layers based ROM users
One of my mate Doyle Fermi, helped me by flashing this zip and letting me know the stats, about this package working or not in Aosp / Layers based ROMS. So I removed CM theme chooser & CM theme store..!! To manage fc's and problems. Now users on Layers /aosp roms can also flash this zip. Every thing works except Cm theme stores n themes as they are removed..!!​

*Info about new audio fx*
If you have installed/ flashed an extra audio driver except audio fx i.e Dolby/Viper 4Android/Extreme audio mod/etc.
First uninstall them to get audio fx working properly.
*Some general Doubts*
1.I'm on Cm 12.1/13.0 based rom and I wish to have old theme engine (theme's app) and other new things!
-> Flash 3rd zip (Aosp/rro) in ur Cm 12.1/13
2.Why is my dialer not replaced in Cm 13.0 as given in ss?
-> Read Cm 13.0 users section above, you'll get the reason.
3.Theme's app in menu says no result and shows no new theme's to download in cm 13.0!
-> This is because Cyanogen is about to release Theme showcase for 6.0 and Cm 13 themes are yet to be integrated in theme showcase app.
4.So, if theme's app in menu says no result, how to select or apply installed theme in cm 13.0?
->Settings>Themes here you'll get it.
5.In Cm 13.0, audio fx on Headset mode doesn't shows any effect/changes!
-> While u plug in headsets, use Speaker mode for that too..! (Will b fixed soon)
6.Im on 'So and so' ROM based on So and so...! And i don't wish to keep New Email by boxer app!
->Install titanium backup and freeze that app.
7.I want True dialer in Cm 13.0, what to do?
-> We are working on it.

AudioFX doesn't seem to work on CM13. I mean it doesn't show any error but it can't detect when I plug in my earphones. Even if I manually enable it by going into headset settings, I can't observe any difference in sound.

For now..!! Whn u plug in head/ear phones use "Speakers" in audio fx n try out the presets..! I'll try to bring up a new build soon with that fixed.!!✌? Jst use Speaker settings for head sets for now ..!

I shared a different zip for aosp roms(3rd one) u need to flash that on ur device..! As aosp dsnt supprts theme engine so they gave fc's. U flshed d wrng zip. Read Aosp section for more info in 1st post.
And regarding those force close... Read How to remove this mod.. Den remove it nd flash d crrct zip( aosp one )

i have flashed the third zip which is for aosp right?

I'm currently running a cm13 build from sultan on my OnePlus One. Should this package work on my device? (the second one)

I am latest CM 12.1 nightlies, everything works flawlessly. I love the trucaller integrated dialer.
