If you can still use your USB port, I would recommend the link that Petrovski80 posted.
If you cannot use your USB port, then it is a bit trickier. You will have to:
1) Ensure you have root and a custom recovery;
2) Lock your bootloader using BootUnlocker
3) Flash the stock kernel in recovery
4) Flash the stock ROM (i.e, the /system folder) in recovery
5) Flash the stock recovery in recovery.
EDIT: I posted how to do this somewhere, but I can't remember where it is now. A quick search should find it.

Or you could use mobile Odin. I've never used it myself. Make sure you lock the bootloader first though.

Not packed the way it is, no. You need an Odin repack. Look in the dev section.

What the steps in your case should be, by my knowledge:
- Try extracting the .tar containing the actual img files by using an app like ZArchiver on your /sdcard
- Lock the bootloader using Bootunlocker app
- Reboot into recovery
- Flash appropriate img files
- Reboot into Android OS at least once so android will overwrite your custom recovery with stock
Disclaimer: none of this is tested, just theory.

If i can unzip it i think mobile odin can flash it i guess

You need Odin installed on your PC, and this file I have attached. Turn your phone off, hold down both volume buttons and hook up the USB cable which is already connected to the machine running Odin. Open Odin, and select PDA, find the file you downloaded from this post and select it. Now click start in Odin & violla !

No it won't wipe your data.
As far as OTAs go, it has to be stock everything.

I am sure there is a flashable zip floating around out there somewhere. If not, you could make one yourself.
You could use terminal commands to flash it.
You could also use mobile odin.

ROM incapable to OTA

Well I tried to do so using the nexus root toolkit by Wugfresh but it doesn't seem to work for 4.3 yet.
My other option is to download the file from Google and flash it with the Gal.Nex. toolkit.
As you see I am not very good with commands etc and I am trying to do it the easy way..

In another thread here in xda I read that the device should be in stock recovery in order to accept the OTA update. Now mine is in clockwork mode.
