I appreciate the feed back.
I use this site everyday to customize my phone. I figure I would share something with the community.
I spent over 5000 dollars in recording time and over 2 years of living out of my car here in Los Angeles to make this album a possibility.
I'm not asking for money to download the album, I'm offering a free download.
If you see my post as a fail then fine. Keep it to yourself and move along

I bought my ex partner out of her share of out failing business, moved into my busInesses basement and bathed out of the sink. I did this for a 16 months. I saved my biz, made It profItable, got two more semesters of school done. I got ky own pkace agaIn about 2 months ago and Now I have two vehicles that are paid off and I'm sitting on leather furniture watching game of thrones on my 65 inch 3D smart led tv. #TeamWhiskey Let's get the ball rolling!

http://www.teamwhiskey.com/
Hey guys,
I wanted to ask everyone here for your help to get the ball rolling to get TEAM WHISKEY start developing for our phone. They just need a few more funds to get the phone for them to start cooking something REAL GOOD.
Now, if you had the Vibrant you know exactly who they are and what they can do.
If you don't just go to the Vibrant forum and search BIONIX 1.3.1. Best Vibrant rom made #PERIOD They brought Froyo to the Vibrant way before Tmobile release an update. They turned the Vibrant from a POS to a great phone.
So can they bring ICS to our phone before an update?, MAYBE. They definitely can if all the source is there. (once it's out)
They took a break, but now are making there way back to the scene.
Now this is not exactly a bounty because a donation is not necessarily needed, but would definitely help.
All you have to do is go to there webpage http://www.teamwhiskey.com/ and click on one of their adsense ads and they will get credit for it.
Now if you would like to donate you can register and donate there.
Either way I hope you guys help with at least a click of the mouse.
Believe me when I say that you won't regret it.
I know we already have some great devs here, but these guys are known for changing the game.
Thanks everyone. I am not a member of Team Whiskey, but a great FAN.
PLEASE NO FLAMING
If you don't want to do it, please just move on. Your negativity is not needed. Only positive people that want even more greatness on their phones.

Yes i had the vibrant and it had team whiskey's roms running aside from team edt. They left a big footprint in those forums.

Just a minor reminder TeamWhiskey have left XDA and they do their DEV work in their own forum, so any one posting their work here should be done in General, and not in the DEV section
also XDA rules only allows direct link to the ROM files
and screen shots
changelogs are nice to have, but not necessary if it's outside work
it's a must if it's local in house XDA development
Are they going to support the galaxy nexus when and if it comes to Tmobile? Love their ROMs and were the only ones I placed on my phone I trust them to make any phone zing and rock. Just my 2 cents

Sounds good, thanks.
On a side note ..
I don't blame them, with all the drama that has been going on lately I can tell why.
Some people just don't know how to act and take things personal when it's the internet and XDA is for mostly Development, Customization and 411 of phones. Not personal vendettas and haterism.
Anyways back to the topic....

I would love to see these guys here I'm gonna donate now
But I really needed to say
That I would love to see one of these for nick from miui.us as that rom (once it became more stable) was a literal transformation of performance on my vibrant even compared to cm7.
I know that miui is a port based system and we need to wait for our cm7 port first but I'm willing to donate and/or in willing and ready to help with the process.

Just wanted to THANK QBking77 for Videos

Since one xda member started a post giving a much well deserved Thanks to SFhub I think we should send a big shot out to QBking77 I know his video tutorials have been a big help to all of us from installation, reviews, tips, and feedback. Thanks QBking77 for your help keep up the great work and Aloha from MJhawaii

Absolutely agree. If only people knew how hard qbking works behind the scenes...he doesn't get to flash something and sit back and enjoy it like most of us do. He's constantly changing setups to make the videos as close to release as possible and does this on several devices. Big thanks goes out to qbking. He probably eliminates hundreds of questions on XDA with his videos

I am happy to see you return to the E4GT scene. Your attitude is refreshing, thank you for your time and patience as I know development can be a thankless job. For everyone who complains there are more people who lurk and appreciate your work. For all the people who "steal" they only lack the skills and/or time to do it themselves, but they flatter you enough to copy. Those who create and share better the world in their own way, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant. Thank you for sharing even when those you share with are ungrateful, thank you for creating things I enjoy.

Hey Chris, when you're working on your kernel can you look into the led bug that keeps the SoC from going into deep sleep when a notification is triggered? If we can get a kernel with that bug squashed all of these "ZOMG ICS BATTERY LIFE SUCKS!" Threads will go away and I won't have to repeat "ITS A BUG IN THE DAMN LED NOTIFICATION, USE LIGHT FLOW OR BLINK TO DISABLE IT" another 1000x :banghead: your kernels are already awesome, so i know if someone can squash that bug its you with your talent :beer:

[DONATE][REQ] Sextape Phone Project

*Edited*
Thanks to everyone's help we were able to get Team Sextape an E4GT (BIG thanks to Eso!) and a GNex... but that's only the beginning.
I'm bumping the thread as we're moving onto bigger fish:
Team Sextape GS3/GN2 Donations
The current goal is to try and get one or both by the end of the year.
This will likely benefit many of us already here as the GS3 or GN2 may be our next device.
Anything that could be chipped in would be greatly appreciated over the coming months!
Thanks again for your support!
Doesn't sextape have a phone now ?

Leaks from the likes of sextape and others help our devs build and configure great things for our toys (well, for me actuall work necessity but...)
Big thanks of course to Esoteric68 too. She's a star here for her testing and support.
I'll try and drop some more coin in later in the week (if a darn client will pay me).
Thank you all developers, contributors and others here who support this great community.

For what its worth the threads that have been locked broke the rules on one way or another AFAIK... its hard to ask for a more legit donation request than this, sextape has contributed tons to e4gt development and garwynn is also crazy helpful around here, so this is pretty obviously both legit and a very good cause.... I will be chipping in a few bucks when I get to a computer as I'm not seeing the link in the xda app... big thanks to eso for the generous donation and to garwynn for matching funds...

Aaaaaand ^^^^THAT^^^^ is why new, potentially great developers get scared away and/or never blossom. Cut the guy some slack. If you didn't flash the ROM, why are you providing feedback on it?
If you want more info, use a little tact. Something like, "Thanks, Dev, for contributing! Could we get some screenies? Any other features included? Has anyone flashed with success?" That will get you much further than these last two posts.

what he said!
I've got a great set up going but haven't tried a build based on stock since ics days(check me out, I been around). Therefore I got an itch tonight and I'm gonna scratch it!
I can take 7 minutes to do a backup of my perfectly fine setup and(no names or plugs) (backup takes 306 seconds or less for me) give this a go. Why not right? You want to be a contributor to the community, be willing to take a plunge and stay away if you're to lazy or afraid to get your feet wet.
Thank you for your effort on the build. I will download and give it 24 hours of run through. Feel free to pm me for feedback. I refuse to put effort in to this thread and share it with folks who obviously can't/won't appreciate my efforts... imagine that huh? Those guys can kick rocks. You sir kick a$$ for building an alternative to stock. Please continue to develop and share. Communities exist to support its members. Shame on those who think they belong when they take the same amount of time to walk into a thread, criticize without trying the goods, and in just about the same amount of time, they could have flashed, played for a little while, then provided something of value.
Dev on my friend, and like I said, I will be running this for 24 hours and giving it a fair go before I form an opinion about your work. Then I'll be in a position to say something justified, rather than just ranting, or saying things that sound like I am nieve and unappreciative

I've got a great set up going but haven't tried a build based on stock since ics days(check me out, I been around). Therefore I got an itch tonight and I'm gonna scratch it!

I didn't say anything about his work... I didn't comment if it was good or bad. This could be the best ROM out for all I know.
All I said was I wasn't going to flash due to the lack of info given in the op.
So if I were a bright guy as I'm sure this gentleman is, and right off the bat I see 2 comments regarding my op, I might think about altering it.
No one here is attacking you or trying to discourage you. Dev on brother
And to the guy that won't respond in the thread about his findings on the ROM... you sir are selfish... You are trying to be cool and prove some kind of point but in reality you're just stunting the growth of this thread
