MyScript Notes Mobile for Nexus 7 - Nexus 7 Themes and Apps

Hi, I was just wondering if someone could explain to me how to install MyScript Notes Mobile on my Nexus 7. I have it rooted but can't quite figure out how to install this app correctly. I am a noob so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

It does on mine. Downloaded the zip, rebooted into TeamWin recovery and installed it. So you have to be rooted to install this.
But it seems to work OK. It takes what ever you write with your finger (I do not have a pen yet) and turns into very neat script writing.
I am on Android version 4.2.1

[Q] Jellybean root? (Sprint)

Hi Folks,
I recently updated to jellybean via this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=-_flXha-n_8
within this link the OP does provide links how to attain root back.
Link#1:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1900492
Link#2:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1538053
My problem is following those links still have no idea what to do. Do I download the files in link#1 and put them on the SD card? then install SuperSU from google play and run them?
If anyone can help me out or point me in the right direction it would wonderful thank you in advance.

You can use the method M20 posted, or look into the development section and acquire the all-in-one toolkit by Mskip, which would do everything for you.
Thank you "m20120" that worked.

Ubuntu

I was wondering if anyone has been able to boot into ubuntu/linux using Complete linux installer mine fails at mounting loop device can you point me to a rom/kernel that support this loop thing am on PAC with Elementalx kernel

You can see on the Linux-on-Android (other name of Complete Linux Installer) thread that there is a bug with 4.3.
It should work fine if you use a Custom Rom 4.2 and use the app. Apparently it will be fixed soon on 4.3, but no idea when

You are welcome. I'll personally wait for a fix or workaround, 'cause I love 4.3 so bad.
Note that dual-boot (without emulation) should arrive soon since the indiegogo campaign was successfully completed, just the time to port dual-boot from original N7 to the new version.

I've been using multirom, its so awesome!!! Now if you were to downgrade to 4.2 and implement multirom would this work?? I'm not really sure which part is inhibiting Ubuntu installation. I hope Ubuntu is developed for 4.3/multirom soon here, any links about this would be nice.

That's the problem right there :
- Ubuntu Touch isn't yet developped for 4.3 devices (driver problem)
- Android 4.2 isn't yet available for 4.3 devices (driver problem)
Actually, the only thing you could do right now is install a CyanogenMed Nightlies (unstable). But it's gonna change over the following days/weeks, of course.

[Q] [GT-P5210] Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 - Kingo Android Root?

Hey there, I was wondering whether I could use the Software "KingoAndroidRoot" to simply root my GT-P5210.
Anyone tried this? Because http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2432467 here the Root ZIP download does not work..
I could just click on root now but im a bit scared since I found nothing about my Tablet in combination with this software(kingo android root) :S can it even brick the device?
i have 4.2.2 installed... just want to get rid of all these preinstalled apps... touchwiz isnt too bad imo.
Still would apreciate roms, do you think in the future there might be cyanogenmod or something aviable for this device??
thanks for your suppport, i apreciate it!
regards
Don't use Kingo...Just tested it for you and after 45 minutes of headache it doesn't work. Maybe the next version will.

Viper4Android FIX 4 Marshmallow 6.0.1.
After doing some diging around i found the solution you will need to be ROOTED ROOTED ROOTED of course and you will need insert subpolicy for Viper4Android cause your kernel is enforcing assuming your running stock firmware so here you go and thanks does not go to me but to the person who wrote it and he knows who he is so a big shout out to the kernel killer.....View attachment ViPER4Android-supolicy.zip
Forgot to you all after inserting the zip via TWRP or whatever else you folks might be useing for a recovery you will need to go into settings on Viper4Android and goto FX compatible mode and click on compatible after you installed the driver and presto Viper4Android will be up and runing ....
Rooted already no????

this is for anyone facing problems on 6.0.1 and the steps i followed to got it working on note 4 sm-n910f on stock MM 6.0.1
1st ) install v4a app, i am using 2.5..0.5 version available on official website https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2191223 but i guess older version will also work as long as they support android 6.0
2nd) after installing v4a ,open it ,grant it root access and let it install driver. When it ask for reboot ,reboot device
3rd) after reboot,go to titanium backup and freeze soundalive and adapt sound
4th) boot into recovery and then flash v4a subpolicy.zip
5th) after reboot ,head to v4a app and swipe right and click on setting and select compatible mode
6th) now turn on master switch and change a bunch a of things. i recommend turning bass and clarity up
7th) now play some music. head again to v4a app and turn off master switch to see if you see any change in sound . Aim is to see whether driver is processing or not as the side menu showing driver status will gray out when you select compatible mode in settings.
report back if this method works
