So I downloaded some games from Samsung Apps and they dont look that they work Right
Asphalt 7 it's so slow
Real Racing 2 have FX problems
MC3 after downloaded data didn't run
the only one that worked smooth and excellent was Shadowgun but why I have that problems with those games I taught the galaxy s3 US version should support that games too

Why those gameloft game doesnt run as supossed to do it
why asphalt is slow and real racing have FX problems

i know that snesiod can do that , the is an option by name " C core" that enable you to play more game .

but snesoid is not under support anymore and we face to some problem ICS
can you please let me know which emulator (if there is any ) can play that as well ?

Your best bet is to Flash a GB rom and see if there's any change in game play performance. ICS is game crippling.

I use Snesoid, so if snesoid is failing I'd imagine everything else would be equal or less in performance

Have you tried with Super Gnes? It runs fine but the audio crackles sometimes.

I'm actually running a earlier version. Of this. EMU. and I don't have any lag. But at the same I am using the wiimote function because the button on the screen don't respond well

so , i think there is not a good emulator for ICS ! that can run super mario RPG as well as sensoid(on GB )

I've thought the same thing! GB is like Windows XP, stable and still frequently used by many. ICS is like Vista, full of lag and bugs. JB is like Windows 7, improving upon ICS and fixing the vast majority of issues and performance.
Okey, I found out there are some games (most common gameloft games) that do not work on this phone, or they work but only with mods and some of them have lag issues.
I've made this thread so we can put the list on, and not be suprised when they try to download them from store, or they have weak performance.
So, can we get the list of the games that are incompatible with HOX or HOX+ ?

N.O.V.A. 3 - heavy lag
GTA 3 - laggy
Batman The Dark Knight Rises - laggy
Asphalt 7 - laggy
The Amazin Spiderman - bit laggy
Wild Blood - heavy lag
Mostly Gameloft games.
If somebody experienced same thing with different game, post it up.
GTA3 runs fine for me on CM10 with ncx's kernel and on my mate's HOX which is running ICS ARHD with stock kernel...
do you have rooted device? if you install a non-stock rom you won't have these lags! as i know, they're persistent only on the firsts ics roms

No, my phone is not rooted. I'm on JB though.

I know that, but on sense 4.1 is painful experience.. And I hate HTC for making only 8 apk to be multitasked.

you could try this script, it allow us to make the swapfile for best performance, and you could set "swappiness level: 100"...for more information, see the link

Cm10 when cleaned from unneeded apps, as our phone cant afford too much addons to rom if u want to use it as gaming device with jb or slimbean as its best jb rom for play. On slim its possible to even play ravensword without to much lags

I'm using Racing Speed with Lupus JB v8 480 and works fine for games (i play NFSMW, dead trigger without lag)
Personally, I really like smokerman's LiGux ROM since it's a very good ROM for daily use and has got beautiful UI graphic. I haven't tried heavy gaming but I expect games like Dead Trigger to be fully playable. SlimBean is another good choice, especially if you want to personalize very much the ROM. Anyway I don't reccomend to play heavy games on JB/ICS, GB is still better, or, if you don't need camera, wifi and bluetooth it's worth to try the KitKat ROM, very very stable and fast and games run better than on GB.

As long as your running a high enough firmware in ics jb then u can download it
Is San Andreas running on any Rom?
Hello, I am having a issue where only Gameloft games wont start. Other games start. (not from gameloft). The games I am trying to play is Minion Rush, Asphalt 8 Airborne, and GT Racing 2. All the games are free and downloaded from the Playstore.
No apps are modded and not using ad away.
Phone Info:
S3 Running Liquid Smooth 3.2 Nightly 08/24
Android 4.4.4
A couple if people were discussing problems with asphalt 8 in the Tmobile forums a couple months ago. I think they had to get a certain version from gameloft or something along those lines. You should probably contact them about your issue.
