Hello, I having a problem with the rom ILWT CM7. Its not keeping correct time. Sometime it freezes. Sometimes the time on the lockscreen is an hour behind the clock in my status bar. It doens't matter if I have it set to automatic or not.
Anyone else have this problem?

I was having a few problems with my time a month or so ago, when i stuck my sim in my wifes dz it did exactly the same thing & when i put her sim in my dz the time was right straight away
since then it has been fine which is slightly confusing....
I have the same on my One X, and only rebooting helps. any help?

Does anyone have this problem? Sometimes the phone is right, I put the phone on sleep/lock, and occasionally the time will come back completely off. I was late to class once because of this, and almost missed a movie competely because it was off by one hour.
I installed syncrhotime, it helps fix the problem to the correct time but I'd like my phone to be synced straight from Tmobile's servers, and remove the ability to manually change the time. I don't see that option possible?

thx.. and the time problems i was talking about was that the HTC and the Top Clock get off-sync from one another.. i don't know how, but it happens
So I recently (past month) decided to test out the GB ROMs for the Desire. Everything went perfectly smooth except for the crazy lock screen.
For some reason, if I call someone and they hang up my phone will go to the lock screen. As long as the proximity sensor is activated and i'm not the one ending the phone call it automatically locks the screen.
This happens if the other party hangs up, network error, busy, etc... and its driving me nuts.
So far i've tried CM7 RC1/RC2, Oxygen, Gingervillain, Devnull (stockish GB) and every one of them gives me the same thing.
I've changed ever setting possible but I keep receiving the same problem.
Now I'm not sure if this is related or not, but if when I connect my Desire to the computer it will give me the phone off/on click maybe 5-6 times in succession and then everything is normal. Same problem with all ROMs.
Could someone please verify that I'm not the only one with this problem? And if anybody has a solution I would really appreciate it.

Forgot to mention that the Sense ROMs dont have this problem.
I get the auto screen lock, not sure about the phone off/on click tho :/

Nope normal GB ROM. And that doesnt work either :/
Well my friend got a brand new Nexus S with Gingerbread and I tried this thing out on it.
Turns out its something built into Gingerbread and it doesn't look like you can change it
I have I really annoying problem, when I use sense roms (only sense, not AOSP) my phone freezes almost instantly when going to sleep.
This results in the phone not ringing when people call me, and first receiving texts after i reboot the phone.
And the only way to reboot it, is to remove the battery.
If anyone knows what is causing this, please let me know how to fix it, this problem have made me miss many really important calls.

i had the same problem with official 2.2 sense rom (don't know with 2.3, i switched yesterday) , but only when i was on a place with bad network.. In big town like Paris no problem, but when i moved to smallest town with bad network i experienced same freeze...
When you hit a button only the button backlight turn on?
Exactly, only the button backlight comes on.
But I have fine reception at my location

Did you use setcpu?
Usually it happen when you use setcpu and you make screen off profile 128 mhz.

Today it has frozen 4 times.
And every time with massive battery drains, about 15% in a short period of time.
In my One V, sometime the icons in lock screen disappears and It remains only the unlock ring. I need to restart the phone too have it again.The problem seems to happen more often after upgrading to version 1.56.401.2.
Any ideas?

sometimes i have this problem also. but it will comeback in like 5-10 minutes.
I dont know surely but i guess it's stucked when it wants to decide whch one to show, theforecast notification lock screen or the 4 icons. I think..
I also have the same problem, I have no idea where it's coming from.

I also had this problem... sometimes, just the lock and sometimes with icons... but it went away after 1 day... and no need to restart the phone... when I had this problem, I ignored it and after 1 hour, I noticed that the icons were there! and now the problem never cones... icons always come!

All of a sudden regions of my screen are not responding to touch and it seems like the calibration is off. For instance, when typing, the backspace is always typing the letter 'L' above and I'm unable to pull the notification bar down (it thinks I'm touching below it).
Is my phone toast, or is there a way to recalibrate the screen?
Did you try the touch calibration under language and keyboard? Are you stock, rooted sense, or AOSP?

I'm rooted, on Aerovan's CM7.2. About 5 minutes ago the notification bar was working fine, but then I locked the phone and it stopped working again. When I touch the notification bar, it thinks I'm touching below it.
I've tried formatting and loading default CM7.2 to no avail. Dipped phone in dry rice all last night to no avail.
Not sure what to try at this point. I can't find any calibration tools in the Settings, including the one in the keyboard/input area.

I haven't run CM7.2 for a while, so I can't remember if there is a keyboard calibration like in Sense (I'm on SkyRaider Zeus). Hopefully someone running it can chime in.
Unfortunately I can't even find Skyraider to download. But this screen issue is bugging me BIG TIME. I have a dialer in the launcher bar at the bottom left that responds when I touch it. If I'm in an app however and touch that area, it doesn't respond.
WTF is going on?!
I've tried reformatting on clean CM7.2 and CM9. Stock is my last hope...

I got skyraider 1.3 from their website but pull down goggles and set up just force closes. I am not the only one. Think they uploaded a bad zip I would love to try again if it worked. I downloaded twice and seen a post today I am not the only one with this issue.
Dude I have so many issues like that, even on pure stock. Idk...but on cm9 I had some serious issues
