Someone please help me - AT&T, Rogers, Bell, Telus Samsung Galaxy S III

If someone could give me an example of our phones water marks being DAMAGED it would help me so much. I dropped it in a small puddle last night and it works fine but the mic is broke I think. I will keep the phone if my damage indicators are done but putting it next to another S3 that hasn't been dropped in water, and the water indicators on both phones are almost identical. I don't know how dark they get when you do get it wet but I would like to know.
All answers will be thanked. Thank you very much.

They don't get dark. They turn red,i think.
And don't lick them, it will set them off.

well, it is a little darker, that's all I see. It's not DEAD noticeable, but it definitely has a little darker of a tint. I will post a picture.

Screen problem

Hello!
I recently bought a nexus galaxy and I'm very happy of it. However I discovered that the screen has a problem. When I use the phone at night there is a disturbing darker line if the screen uses dark colors. I can not make you a picture to figure out beacuse my camera can not see the difference of colors. I attach an image to make understand you. I get such an effect on a totally black screen. Obviously it is not so pronounced in reality.
Another small problem is a slight problem with some brightly colored screens that remain imprinted on the screen a few tenths of a second and then disappear when i change screens.
Today I called samsung support but has not been helpful. Should I try again?

good day.

Flex HD Screen Protector

It's been about 12 hours since I installed it and I seem to a little rainbow effect on the bottom left corner looks like liquid under it causing it to happen. Will this go away when it reaches like the 24-48 hour drying mark?
I can tell you that Flex HD is not a good screen protector because it never clears after 3/4 days after instalation. Feels un confortable, sratchs very very easy and destroy your fingers.
I removed it after a week, couldn't stand it. By the way i moved to a cheap chinese for less than a dollar and got better clearity and resistance.
Hope it helps :banghead:

[INFO] How to get amazing macro shots

So I just read up on this on some random website that I cant remember, so I decided to try this.
Basically what it is is putting a small drop of water on the camera lens. Not so much that you damage the phone, but just enough to cover the entire lens (it took me a while to figure out how to do this)
This is the result (My HTC one x's screen)
This blew my mind when I saw how close i could zoom in

Here's a link to a product that does something similar that WON'T run the risk of damaging our phones

this is really noticeable when i set the brightness to max. is this rom/kernel related or is this an LCD defect? do i need to go to the service center so they can check it? thanks!
I also noticed it on my display few days ago , wasn't there before...
But mine is alot smaller so i don't even shure that they will see it in the service center ..
did you also set the brightness to max?
Yes you only really notice it on full brightness and mine is like the size of a rice grain anyway so you need to look for it to see it.
did you have it checked in a service center? or its not an issue for you?
I have the same problem, is it covered by warranty?

Note 4 Screen Issue

So I was in the middle of a game, went to switch apps, and this popped up. Not even a reboot has made it go away and I'm honestly sh*tting bricks [emoji24] Can someone tell me whether there's any hope or what is going on? The digitizer still reads touches, I just can't see what's behind that crap...

Not sure if it actually makes a difference. I just thought about it and this is a T-Mobile N4. Didn't figure it would make much of a difference as far as screen hardware went.

The note 4 is known for having heat issues. Its likely that it damaged the flex cable / connection point. The lcd will need to be removed, inspected along the cables for damage and at the lcd/board connection.
