Recommended flashing procedure for New Install
++In recovery Wipe Data/Factory Reset++
++Wipe Cache Partition++
++Under advanced, Wipe Davlik Cache++
++Reboot(be patient, let it run all the scripts, do not touch until the soft key lights go out the second time, about 3 minutes)++
++Then set phone up as usual++
++After 10mins Reboot and enjoy!++
+++If you run into any problems(other than Album Force Close), I suggest to do a format system also during reflash+++
Since I am using a AT&T kernel you will see a kernel boot screen that says I-747, that is normal and left as a kudo to nunhugger.

I added tactile player free, for those of you that want to have the volume key skip songs, while screen is off
To get the included Sony Album to work,
Download Explorer free at bottom of post,
click the "system folder",
then click the "app folder",
then scroll down to secalbum
and click install. It might FC again and but is def worth it
++It seems that sometimes Album needs to be re-installed after reboot, it might be best to just be deleted from above location, I am working on a fix++

Just FYI, if you flash the 0% status bar, it doesnt turn grey anymore, but some Icons shadows stick in the statusbar, so no complaints. It is your choice to alter Gigajoule Stock.

Update; I noticed wake up screen is via power button only- excellent idea mate. still running sold here so far

I've never have.. You have to give that button a pretty hard push at the certain little spot to accidently wake it up. Imo

MMS APK is not unlimited recipients per my test, it's max of 10 contacts at the moment

I think that is a known bug with transparent drop down menus. I haven't downloaded the ROM yet to give a go yet but i assume he probably has a transparent drop down menu in there and if so, that's why it turns grey : /

Hey crisis, hate to say it but did you check dl size? I have not, nor have any testers reported fc with contacts, you might try a format system in with the other installation steps, just a thought. Keep me updated. If you set your animation speeds to .5, it really flys. Thanks for using. and i forgot to tell everyone to open the included root explorer, click the "system folder, then click the "app folder", click the MountR/W button up top, then scroll down to secalbum and click install. It wont Fc and it is sweet. Sorry

As I do not have this device, I did send it out to testers and pretty sure all the kinks are worked out. If there are any I missed please be kind and respectful when reporting. Please dont report wether you dont like this rom and are going to another. This is not a competition, all roms are great in their own way..
Okay. Know issues.
*Random reboots. Temp fix is to bump min CPU up one step to 432
needs to be reset every boot. Set on boot not consistent.
* if a random reboot happens while on call.
You lose phone audio. Simply reflash build with out factory data reset will bring it back.
*MMS quick reply setting. If you use setting to wake and unlock when a message is received get a reply quickly. Screen will time out back to lock screen soon.
*Camera. Panoramic mode crashes. Don't use it.
*Aspire some times it seems widgets dissapear from the home screens. Unpredictable. Just replace them when you realize they won't return on their own.
Do Not Complain About these things or post about them. We know these things. If you do feel it necessary to post on these issues please also include a perm fix along with it.
Finding issues not listed here PLEASE include steps to recreate the problem, and a log cat if available.
Please do not post "music won't play"
This helps no one and pisses me off. Savvy?

Hi mate. When i choose text only for battery it is blue cant change it to orange.

Its hard coded color.
Blue is high charge
green is middle charge
Orange/red is low charge
One of the future mods will be the ability to user set those colors.

Getting to like this ROM more and more.
Very snappy and I frigging love the Note II gallery, and that it actually works. lol
Looking forward very much to the color mods.
Also, would it be too much to ask to build in some customization for the Notification screen background, or maybe just direct me to the build.prop line that I need to edit.
I'm just not too into the Russian Superman theme, but I can live with it. lol

Recommended flashing procedure for New Install
In recovery Wipe Data/Factory Reset

After 10mins Reboot and enjoy!
If you are updating to the 9/21 zip just "dirty flash", no wipes needed.
Since I am using a AT&T kernel you will see a kernel boot screen that says I-747, that is normal and left as a kudo to nunhugger.

Media Hub Apk just download and install, it will tell you you need a samsung account apk, install? Hit ok and you are good to go.
Accuweather zip you have to extract it, then put it in your system app folder and change permissions(hold down the app and you will see permissions) first row across (owner) check the first 2 boxes. Second and third rows across check first box (read) only. You need to download a root file manager, Root Explorer from the market works well. No need to reboot, just go to widgets and place on screen. This is all from your phone.
To get your google search widget working, just install the google apk below.

Just fyi Exajoule is compatible with rehpyc's theme system. You lose the animated pulldown and the flashlight toggle but works very well, no issues. I will add this to the op later, when I get home. Mo options=mo better.

worked like a charm. also i tried replacing the boot animation.zip with another. but all that happen was i saw the i47 logo thingy and then black screen until it booted. any ideas?

You might try a few more times, I have included most internet tweaks, internet system may be pretty busy right now keep checking and update with results. The boot animation needs to be around 205 or so images as far as I know.
I liked some of the bloat. Could you have a zip of it pretty please?

i tried 11 times max i got was 3.7mbs and the boot is around 150 but the thing is Ive changed ever boot animation on other roms without a problem

I have never really posted any full ROM's up for public use before just some themes, tweaks, and mods. But seeing there is not a ton of ROM's out for the Note II (yet) I thought I would post the one I made and have been running for a few days.

u guys need estrong file explorer so makes sure u have that downloaded once u have that use estrong and go to settings then go to root settings and make sure root explorer, up to root , and mount file system are all highlighted once u do that copy the SecMms.apk after your unzip the zipfile from the link and then go to system/app/ and paste it, it should say warning merging and just click ok and your phone should freeze and reboot by itself ..after that if all goes well go to your messaging app and settings and screen on of settings should be their.. hit the thanks button if it worked

The att themes use s different framework, im not sure if they will work. But make a back up and try it.

This rom.
Rom is not yet ready for prime time, too many FC's and stuff just not working properly.
Also cannot download from the google play store. (gives some weird error message).
But the "True Sound Enhancer Sony Walkman App W/EQ's and Clear Bass" is absolutely excellent! Sounds perfect!
The "Camera and Gallery from Note2"are both really excellent too!
