frnds how i know a sound quality of any head phone
i want to purchase new headphone for my sgs2... n i m confused ...what to buy ..
help
Thanks

There is no proper way of finding the sound quality of a headphone. Headphones may sound different on different devices.
You will have to try it yourself and find out which one suits your ear.
I personally like the In ear headphones, it gives better isolation.
I would recommend sennheiser in ear headphones..

Putting them in your ears is normally a good start ...

Frnds
which one is best for the on the ear.

depends how much do you want to spend.
and depends how much your ears are sensitive and trained.
I'm a hifi follower from 30 ears and for my taste the samsung one are unlistenable... but for some friend of mine they sound good.

I think you should try googling for headphone reviews.
I don't think there are headphones specifically good for the S2.
A good headphone is a good headphone.
Brandwise I would go for Sennheiser.

Better Ear Phones for G3??

My stock earphone are brokken. I went to a shop but the person says that they are Rs.450. I wanted to know wheater there are any other head phones that work with g3 and have better sound quality.
I tried one skull candy headphones but they weren't as good as the Samsung ones.

EDIT - Thank You everyone for the suggestions. I bought a pair Skull Candy ears phones for Rs.1199. their is a significant increase in quality and the bass the really great. Never the less thanks for the suggestions....
PS. The skull candy headphones I mentioned above ,which weren't as good as the sammys, were for my iPod. It must be because of that I did not get good quality output.
My stock earphone also broke, so i got myself a pair of these
http://mp4nation.net/catalog/brainwavz-m2-iem-earphones-p-390.html
The build quality is very good and the sound quality is great.
As i use those and am satisfied, i can recommend.
I tried replacing my stock earphones with an iPhone one and also a DJ headphone (just testing), but I faced terrible sound quality with both, even compared to the stock. Is there some specialty to the G3 jack connections?

Beats by dre for £23.95 and u believe these are originals ? Originals cost over 100$ so please stop promoting knock-offs.
Did you notice that the price of headphones is higher than a new Galaxy 3?
Good earphones like headphones cost money, of course u can get new earphones for under 10$ but do you really want to use them ? I was just trying to help by saying what i have and that i'm satisfied with them.
If you want cheap and very great earphones, so take the wavemaster pure.. the sound is great..
I'm one of those people that love music, so I'd recommend some average priced Sonys or Senheisers. You could probably pick up a pair of either of these for $50CAN (I don't know how much RS) but the sound quality is good on them. NEVER GET BEATS. THEY'RE EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!
sorry i came into this thread late, but skullcandy and beats headphones are way over priced and hyped so exaggerate certain parts of the sound.
the poster above was right with recommendation of sennheiser, also audio-technica are very good headphones and lower priced models can out perform other headphones at twice the price.

It's not as simple as which headphones are good. It matters what you want from your headphones. What's more important, bass vs. highs? Do you require an inline remote and mic?
Need good bass? Probably want something with a dynamic driver.
Are highs most important? Balanced-armature is what you're looking for.
This is all a simplified answer, but every good pair of IEMs has different characteristics suited to different genres of music.

Best in ear headphones for one x under £100

I did have a quick look around on here but didn't see any posts that fit quite what I'm looking for...
I have the urbeats or ibeats whichever one came free with this phone (at least when the promotion was running)
They're ok, but they do distort quite a bit at high volumes on the bass and also the higher end sometimes.
So I've decided to get some new in ears that will be a lot better. I know beats headphones in general are pretty useless for the price they're sold at. I know there must be better out there, I'm no audiophile, so be aware that the best sounding headphones I've had are the sennheiser hd203s, and technically these urbeats are the best in ears I've heard.
I'm looking for some with preferably 16ohm impedence, I do want them to be loud, almost too loud, just in case I ever need to turn it up that high.
But I need headphones that simply don't distort, even if they are max volume, and that I can hear the bass , but a more balanced sound so that everything sounds great together, ie I don't want them so bass heavy that I can't hear the vocals/treble etc etc
So with that in mind, can anyone recommend some in ears at around £100? If they really are worth it, I'd spend more so please suggest anything that fits
Even if there is some in ears that sound as good as the hd203s? Is that even possible?
Thanks

going on experience alone, i've had sony xba-2's (currently in use) and they're great but a little to bassy so i'd go for the xba-3's and sennheiser in-ears are great to as i've had cx150's which were also great. so sony or sennheiser are obvious choices, also look into logitech ultimate ears especially the ue 400's, nice bass and treble with nice highs but a tiny bit robotic (but common trait of the ue range of in ears and headphone). hope i helped
I would just go for some Rha earphones. Sound nice and I'm using a lower end model. They have a 3 year warranty. If they stop working or become damaged. They just post replacements out and ask you to post the defective set back.
Thanks guys, I took a lot at the ones you recommended, and I'm definitely tempted to get some rhas, the MA750's to be precise. Hopefully they're as good as the reviews!

I cant decide which one to take. Urbeats which came with sensation xe or simple koss the plug which has good sound quality reviews

HiFiMan RE-400 is the best in ear head phones under 100$[/URL] for all people with the best sound quality and high-fidelity. It is just for music, you can’t do anything else when using it such as: make a call or control the volume…But I think it is good choice with affordable price for all.

Review of SoundMagic E10S in ear headphones with smartphone remote w/lots of pics!!!

removed.
Great review, thanks. One thing I'm wondering for you or anyone who owns these or an older version is how well they stay in-ear. I've been hearing these are great budget headphones and your review attests to that fact, but I'm always in the market for a good pair of earbuds that have good sound quality, not TOO expensive, and stay in my ears when running/exercising. Any guess on how they'd hold up in that respect?
For running/exercising you will need something more durable with in-ear stabilizers. Otherwise, you need to use Comply Foam tips. They will be wedged in your ears and create a perfect seal which enhances the bass.
For the one with stabilizers, these one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2673036 were great and also these one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2581215 - CKX9 sounded great.

No microphonics effect with these headphones.
I have these but I can't find a pair of comfy eartips. I tried them all that was included, and the ones that came with my Xperia Z ultra. And I ended up taking the old eartips from my Sony MW600 bluetooth headset. Still I'm not fully satisfied..I get the feeling that they are not getting squeezed in there like they should. Its like I can still hear outside noise from the street and people talking and cars driving by.
These pair of in-ears might not be right right for my ears so I ordered the "TTPOD T1E". Hopefully they might fit my ears and isolate outside noise better.
But other than that the sound is outstanding for the price I paid for these!
I just bought this today. it sounds amazing, but you need to use the right eartips that fits your ears, i found this troublesome for me at first, because with the wrong eartips, you wouldn't like how it sounds.
I also have SM MP21 [so now i own two SoundMagic products ], the sound quality of E10S is way better and accurate. The bass is not overwhelming like MP21, it's just right. The MP21 have higher sensitivity than E10 & E10S, so with the same volume MP21 will sound louder. For ergonomics, i feel that MP21 is more comfort in my ear than E10S.
E10S is an amazing product for the price, i hope it will sound better after break in.
I also tried the older E10 and E30 at the store, i think there's a difference between E10 and E10S, i feel the bass is louder on E10, E10S overall sounds smoother. E30 i don't like the way you have to attach them to your ears, the sound of E30 is more similiar with MP21 but with more controlled bass. E10 & E10S sound brighter and detailed, you could say that they are airy.
I could be wrong with E10 and E30, because i'm testing them at the shop i bought the 10S, i don't have lots of time to tinker with them and the shop surrounding is noisy.
hey... I am a bass head.... how is the bass of these earphones.... also are they comfortable and stable while doing mild exercise?

Bass is ok, but not the strongest. Staying in your ears will depend on eartip fitment. But, these are definitely not a basshead headphones.
I have the e10m and I'm using them with the g3 they sounds really great beyond the price also it has very quality aluminum earpiece design.. But unfortunately i can't say the same for the cables and control unit they both very poor quality cheap plastik you have to take care of it so gentle.
It damages so quickly and easily, i start to use them since almost 1 month ago in the gym and now controls doesn't work anymore but, there is more it randomly turns down the volume or does the opposite it turns up all the way up on its own and blow your earphones of course your ears too.. Also sometimes it activates the stupid google search and stops the music.
As you can image it's so much annoying you want to throw them away when these things happens. Other than that they sounds really awesome the bass is solid and it doesn't really overcome the mids and highs.
I'm open to earphone advices btw, which is kind of the e10. Basses can be even more powerful i don't care but it shouldn't be less than e10's i'm a little bass head i think.
Note: Sorry for the possible grammar fails and corrupt sentences I'm not using this language often.
In person it takes like 5 min from me to say someone hello .
I have the e10s to use it with htc m9 & i've only used it for a couple of time & it damaged like you described already.
I googled "soundMagic e10s volume issue & found your post.
cant believe this product has such crappy quality !!!

Stock akg earphones keep falling from ears

Anyone facing the same issue? , I damn sure some of us would be facing this issue with akg, and I tried all the ear plugs provided, but to no luck... Planning to buy new earphones, anyone hav any suggestion on fixing this?
Those AKG earbuds don't work in my ears either, but my 17yr son said they are his absolute favorite and fit the best.
I guess everyone's ears are different enough that some designs don't work.
The AKG's just don't seem to go in deep enough into my ears. I usually end up getting the $40-$60 SkullCandy earbuds and like those (which my son says hurts his ears).
They are good as a backup pair (when you can't find your primary ones). Sound quality is somewhat okay, but the fit really makes it difficult to be a daily driver.
I don't have an issue with them falling out but they do lose their seal letting in ambient sound and loss of bass. They sound great when a good seal is maintained. I typically use them when I'm on a tractor or other equipment for hearing protection and to enjoy music.
No comparison to my UE10 pro custom IEM (of course) but better than say airpods.
I have not tried other sized tips though.

Something I do with ALL in ear headphones is create custom moulds for your ear. Google Proguard custom earplugs and you get a kit to make custom ear plugs. While theyre soft, press the headphones(without the buds) into the mould and let it set. Then cut out a small hole for the audio to come through and youll have the best sound possible from those headphones as theyre custom to your ears.
Loads of videos on YT too
Akg headphones is 1,000,0000 times better than my beats audio. It's def made for s10+. Pairs this headphone with viper4android.....you get deep bass and rich audio
Hard to kill, great fit, nice sound

Same here. The AKG buds is some of the best i have got with a phone. My first pair was from Galaxy S8 i have used them a lot at work, and they are great . Now i have another pair from Galaxy s 10 and i understand why Samsumg have kept this model for 3 gens. And they are Hard to kill the wires are strong
From earbuds, 2 wires will join into 1. At the join, there's small ring. Pull that up. It will stay....
U need a "wet willy" first then put on your headphones
I ordered these a while back, i like them and sound way better than the akg.

Sadly I'm so unlucky all earbuds don't fit in my ear for some reason... I have glasses so no sport buds too... Headphones for me
Did you try switching the silicone cushions/focusers? The ones in there to begone with are mediums or so I'd say. In the box your phone came in there should be a small and large set. Try that
Search Amazon for those spongy ear-bud tips. I got a box of 10 of them for less than $10 and they make all my ear-buds fit better and are more noise canceling.

Looking for portable/ wireless earphones
For me AKG works best. It has got crystal-clear sound and deep powerful bass. Also they are tangle free, because of the fabric braided cable.
However i am looking for portable headphones or wireless earpods.
Do let me know the best options available.

Apple AirPods Pro - if you want good sound quality and comfort; Jabra Elite Active 75t - if you want active and passive noise cancellation. The latter has a more balanced sound but you would have to listen to both to make a sane decision. You might not like either of those in the end.
