A little mod I've done to the framework-res and systemui of Oficial CM7.
It should work on every CMbased ROM.
Features:
Froyo lockscreen (tab only)
Centered clock on statusbar
Transparency on statusbar (use any theme which contains it)
New icons for Notification Power Widget (only if using SYSTEM theme)

Download in annex.
Install instructions:
Be sure you're using a CM7 based rom
Download the file to your SD and reboot in Recovery
Flash the file, reboot.
In your phone, activate the new lockscreen by going to Settings > CyanogenMod Settings > Lockscreen > Style Options > Lockscreen Style > Select Tab.
That's it! Enjoy!

Created a status bar theme for the Viper X ROM. Install the apk and set the theme from Venom Tweaks > Status theme > Icon theme pack > KitKat Statusbar.
I'm using Nova Launcher_2.3beta1. I have set the status bar to transparent in Venom Tweaks. Then created a custom wallpaper based on the default Nexus 5 wallpaper by adding a gradient to the top of the image to give the illusion of a gradient status bar, the modified wallpaper is also attached. Enjoy !.
EDIT: Made some minor corrections to change the GPS and data sync icon sizes.
