The only reason I want this phone more then anything else is truly multitasking with two apps running at the same time I know is limited but is the best so far, I'm waiting to see if nexus 4 is better with 4.2 next week, and btw the longest I had a phone for is 8 months , I like phones too much :/

Well yeah I can buy a phone when I want but it doesnt mean I should. On top of mortgage and other payments, cant always justify a kuxury like a new phone every six months at 600$+ a pop. Plus my wife is getting the note 2 to replace her mt4g that shes actually used since it launched.

Before I got it my friend had it and she sold it to me and been working good for her but she did update it to lg2 stock rooted rom and sent it but I just update it to lg8 and still rooted and custom recovery

I had them both all this about the internals is irrelevant. Both are good phones. Its just personal preference. Personally I take hardware over software any day.

The only thing i really liked better about the HTC phones was the sense Dialer. (i have fixed this w/ exDialer) and it seems to me they scratched less easy which i know i will get slammed on for being my fault for not using a screen protector. Wish the otterbox defender for the GNII would hit shelves soon!
So glad to see familiar faces from the OG forum. Had my evo for 3 years and enjoyed it from the start. Now, I have moved on to the SGN 2. Rooted it the night I got it last week. Gave my son my evo with JamieG and Ropedopes awesome Reloaded rom. Excited to see how far the SGN2 can go. So far I am real impressed with the phone and it's community. Now off to do more of what I learned the first day in the OG forums........READ.

But I do have my concerns with there past dealings with supposed stealing united states citizens information that was stored or access from there phone. So really it looks nice but with a reputation of stealing information and spying on americans im cool. Wait till somethings else comes out.

Not really, I like the screen but it's the same resolution as the Note 2 with a similar processor and none of the features that make the Note stand out.
I'll wait for the Note 3, but I'll only get that if it has the Octocore Exynos or Tegra 4 processors

I think there's a setting on your phone to vibrate every minute while on call to let you know another minute has gone by, you can turn it off but I'm not sure where the setting is exactly.. I have never had the problem and I'm not sure that's what is going on with yours but you could try it out

Have you guys noticed any performance related issues with Lookout. I noticed, when browsing, a lag or sometimes "unresponsiveness" of the screen. I am actually thinking of uninstalling it for a few days just to see if it helps.
