Hi everybody,
Let me introduce myself. I'm M_T_M , your new forum mod for the HTC Desire HD.
I've been on xda-developers for over a year now. Mostly visiting the devices I own and supporting other forums with the experince I've gathered on this great site. Maybe some of you have seen me lately in the forums helping a little.
Now, I'm happy and honored to be appointed to the HTC Desire HD forums to provide mod assistance to all of you in the best way I can to this great community.
I'm here to help you and I expect the same from all of you .
If you experience any other way of approach from members, feel free to contact me through PM, or report the post by using the "!" button in the post.
Additionally, I want to let you know that I'll be doing some forum maintenance (cleaning threads addressing an already discussed topic or an off topic, moving threads or posts to proper sections) for making it easier to all of you get the information you are seeking and keeping the forum clean.

great, getting my desire HD tomorrow so will move to this forum and visit the others on a needs must basis. good to know we have a Mod in the forum to keep us in order.

Appears a fair few got moved into the wrong location, en masse.
I managed to get a copy of the logs of what got moved, and am returning them just now
can we have a question and answer sub-forum like the standard desire please? the general forum is getting cluttered with FAQ's.
I'll ask Mike or Svetius. Till then, please bare with us.

Due to being confused i have posted the same thread in Desire Genereal, Desire Q&A, General, WebOS Hacking&General and WebOS Development.
Please delete the wrong ones.
I was just wandering would it be possible and if there is any brave soul to port Web OS to desire. I have read a bit and would like to try this OS myself. Not rich enough to owe 3 mobiles though :/.
Just let me know if I'm asking/wanting impossible or it is doable and someone may take it on board.

Hi, all. I am visiting XDA forums for many months but i havent posted very much because every time i have found what i needed in other threads and posts. But now i want to take over the Desire Index in Dev Section over from 'fflash' as he wants someone to take over. I will gladly do that and promise to keep my fellow desire owners updated.

I'm new to this forum and i would really appreciate if i could gain some precious help from this community.
I recently obtained a HTC Desire Z phone which works fine but unfortunately, it is locked I can't make my GSM Orange Sim card worked on IT.. I find many solution using our friend Google but the other fact is that i really don't understand a thing about unlocking this "phone".
Please guys, Is there any good Samaritan among you who can give me some of your precious time by explaining me, considering that i am a poor noobs the steps/Tutorial on how to perform this achievements??

Just wanted to say some "farewell" words since i sold my GN and moved to the white and shiny Nexus 4. Thank you all for this great community for always being helpful and i want to thank our awesome devs, and especially boype, anarkia, grarak and bigBrother for creating my favorite roms and kernels.
