Hi! How can i adjust the volume of the music player without changeing the volume for ring tones?
first of all, most music players have their own volume control (wmp, tcpmp, coreplayer...), which does not influence the system volume.
secondly, if you have to use the actual volume keys on the side of the device, you can split the volume control to separate the system volume and the ringer, go to the manila settings tab, sound & display and switch Single Volume to NO (see screenshot)

How do I make it so when I change the volume on the rocker it changes the ring volume, notification volume, and system sounds as well like in CM10? I noticed that the rocker only changes the ring volume atm..
