This is not for our devices its for global, carrier unlocked versions. The First gen galaxy S2 with the hardware home button. And wont help us much if any at all.

It is somewhat good news nonetheless. Means we will get a bite of ICS soonish...

spelling and device are wrong. Tell us alot less about the status of t989 builds than the skyrocket leaks.

hopefully ours get updated before the GSIII announcement, or else Tmobile might delay the update so more people will buy GSIII (although I doubt they need much convincing). they're already doing this with the HTC phones

Removable battery?

So do we know (FOR A FACT) if the Note 2 will have a removable battery in any variant??? I have a feeling by looking at the pictures that it won't, but I figured I would ask.
What? There are loads of pictures showing the note 2 with the back removed, showing the replaceable battery.

My apologies, I didn't see any of those.
Thanks for the insight though!
It most likely will
Most of all Samsung phones are capable of a removable battery cover (like the SIII).
And if the International version can, why not the US Variant. Wouldn't see why.

No worries.
If your defense, a lot of previews don't remove the back cover.

All of the Galaxy Note 2 Variants have a 3100 MAH REMOVABLE battery.

[Q] Water Damage, Number of LDIs

Due to an unexpected flash flood, my phone got wet. Now the screen's dead and I think my speakers are starting to go out.
I just checked the LDI on the battery and the one in the battery compartment. Are there any other LDIs that are underneath the plastic?
Think there is one more. Check ifixit to be sure.

Look out for "battery calibration", seems you're affected. What is your voltage reading after disconnecting the charger at 100% and waiting for some minutes to let voltage settle?

My opinion , you can ask to Samsung in your city and check your note 8 problem
because i also ever to go to samsung and they said you must change your charger
