Boot manager - Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note II

Trying to get boot manager pro running on my note 2, and it says my device not supported, then asks for a bunch of manual settings. Frankly I'm lost at what to enter. Anyone else got this working? I have a 32 gig card, not sure of that matters.

It has not been updated since April and the Devs won't be working on it..... It's basically a dead app ... if you want it to work you will have to do it yourself ...

I finally got the data to download. Seems that if you're using a ROM where you can turn off the Nav Bar, you'll need to turn it off in order for EA to see your real screen size.
Who knew?

+1 I mean look at the whole fiasco with Diablo 3, and those were with big-people servers, I can only imagine what EA is attempting to use for their mobile games. Give it time, or call them if you really want to get somewhere.

My 64 G microsd is formatted with exFAT but

But I still can't copy anything larger than 4 gb. Did I miss anything here?

Are u sure its formatted exFat & how did u format it? Did u use a software or Win 7/8? Or did u let the phone do it?

It says "Cannot copy [filename]. Its file size is larger than the device limit."
It will be really great if I can get this fixed, other wise I have to chop every large file.

do u have something like that you can use to connect to your PC? You shouldn't be having that error message, typical when you get that message, you're using the wrong file system. Are you sure that's a legit 64GB card?

I connect the phone directly to the PC with a microUSB cable. The phone says it's connected as a media device. Then I see the phone on my computer as two dicss, one of them is the SDXC card. And I try to transfer the large file and got the error.

I believe this is a known issue with the Note 2. I read about it in the forums for the international version.
For large files you can just use a sd card reader. I picked a USB 3.0 one on Amazon for $10.

What files do you have that is over 4 gigs anyways? Movies? Even then, you should convert to a more manageable size for mobile.

This, thats one of things I've always loved about the Galaxy line. Codecs out the wazoo.
OP convert to divx. I converted the dark knight rises down to 899mb from 6gb and its 720p with dolby audio.

For starters you might want to post this in the Q/A sub thread. I am sure a mod will move it very soon.

Error when rooting with Toolbox??

I'm trying to root my S3 with the latest version of toolbox and I've watched the video here on xda and I followed everything to a T but when in Odin I keep getting the same error over and over, Can't open the serial (COM) port. Any ideas?? Its really frustrating. I've made sure USB debbuging is checked too so its not that. I'm using a windows 8 laptop, don't know if that has anything to do with it but its reading my device. Drivers installed OK. Please help!!!
Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2
Why use a toolbox which can cause issues and you actually don't know what it's doing. When rooting the S3 is the easiest thing and takes less than 5 minutes. I recommend this and works with all variants and you learn what your doing.

I've actually tried other ways besides the toolbox but its the same problem. It keeps failing at the same spot in Odin. I have rooted before, I have a GNote 2, a GNote 10.1, & a Nexus 4, all of which I rooted but for some reason the S3 will not pass in Odin!!! So if someone can figure it out please let me know cause its got me stumped as to why it fails in Odin.

Yes you could. I purchased the full version for use with my s3 and s4 and it works a treat. However, is it really necessary with 32gb?

You probably can by rooting but seeing how I don't have the phone and was just doing some research on it and my friend is looking at getting the phone and he isn't big into the whole rooting thing but thanksfor your guys help
