Are there any images of this phones internals? - LG Optimus G (International)

I'm just curious to see how the phone is constructed compared to the Nexus 4.
Thanx.

Probably very similarly. The Nexus 4 is pretty much a Google Designed Optimus G with less of the Google Goodies we all wish we had like SlimPort, Wireless Charging, and much much more.

Nexus with Note dimensions!

I simply love to have one. It could make me want a laptop not anymore! Best android implementation ( open software and drivers) and best screen resolution in a perfect combo.
Does any else want such a device?
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus
I would preorder right away. I loved my notes screen size, I dont regret my switch to the nexus but I would sure like it more if it were gigantic like the note.
I would cry. Too big for me to carry around. It would be nice but just not portable.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
That's the only reason that would make me consider a device other than the nexus.
just flash cm9 on the note. done: a nexus with note dimensions.
They're both bordering on being niche devices, I think combining them would push them off into obscurity.
Sprint needs the note.

I think CM9 is not nexus. I really love Cm 9 but there are so many roms for nexus.and kernels also. This is google's baby phone and Note is not.
Hope my wish comes true in november when 5 new Nexus devices will be released.

About the possibility of a 5.x" Nexus

Hi Guys,
while I was reading the news about an upcomming Galaxy Note 2 by the end of October 2012 I was thinking of the possibility of a 5.x" Google Nexus.
For someone like me who's smartphone (displays) has been getting bigger over the years this would be so interesting.
What do you think about? Since there will be a few new Nexus this year this is not that unrealistic.

Well I would think because the development will be split into however many of them are being made? The whole point of Nexus is the developing community, and I seriously doubt that devs can afford 5 different devices.

Having multiple Galaxy devices in my eyes defeats the purpose of the Nexus name. The devs can focus on the ONE device making it as best as possible. This is why I and many others desire a Nexus. Now imagine if there are 5 Nexus devices... I like flashing multiple roms ,but say for an example one dev that makes a rom i like gets variation #1, and another rom i like the dev gets variation #2. You see where I'm going with this right?
All the next nexus needs is a beefed up processor, improved battery life stock, and if Sammy is the manufacturer a Super AMOLED HD screen. I personally don't think it needs more screen real estate.

That's a fair enough argument. For me the variation of hardware options is a bigger factor.
They will all have AOSP on them and that's what I care about.

As it is I find the Galaxy Nexus a tad cumbersome for single handed use so no, I wouldn't be interested in a larger device.
As in, my thumb can't reach the upper opposite side without shifting my grip or vice versa. Nexus S was a perfect fit.
Hands down better camera
I'd like to see a better camera and longer lasting battery. Those are about the only things I feel are holding back the current Gnex from being a perfect phone.

But do you go to the nexus a forum to flash roms to your galaxy nexus.
I think it's a great idea, then if Google makes a nexus with different options, I see a lot of posts saying if the phone gets bigger I'm not buying. I believe the nexus is not a Dev phone anymore. Google is working hard on enhancing it's ui on Android and the Web. With multiple devices and Google showing the world pure Android and customers can have it in the hardware options they want

An LG Nexus would be interesting but at the same time makes me cry.
Want a Motorola Nexus even more than I want a Sony one.
i cant say its a good decision to make 3 nexuses until i see some specs..
I think I could get behind a Sony nexus if they keep their extremely good looking design and use some really good internal hardware.
Motorola Nexus is the only thing that interests me. If not, Samsung still has my money for the next Nexus.
It won't be good if Google releases more than one nexus because people will not know which one to choose and go to iphone. When i bought Gnexus i bought it because it is one of a kind

is that why I couldnt get one, cause you got the one
More Nexus devices the stronger the code will get, no hacking in some hardware keyboard, for a possible slide out phone.(bad refrence I know but you see what I am saying)
If the people that get confused when shopping, that's not the type of people you want to buy the product.
A nexus as slim as the razor maxx with that huge battery and vanilla android...doesn't get any better
well yeah i dont see where the bad part is, you see looks, specs, brands and grab the one u like the most
The bad part is dividing the devs/community across multiple devices and thus making users lose half of the point of having a nexus (the other half being updates, vanilla...)
Please not LG, please not LG...
Im thinking a Kyrocera Nexus
I know it's spelt wrong but I don't think that phone brand is worth my time in figuring out the correct way to spell it.
Jellin' like a felon
I'm thinking the CPU/GPU will be the same, the design/screen will be the differentiating factor between the nexii. That is if there is more then one released.

Why would Google bother with LG? They'd make Samsung look like the greatest company ever.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus
Sony Nexus would be freaking amazing. Their quality is honestly just as nice as Motorola with the display, build size, gorilla glass, etc. They have great hardware, and make quality products. LG...not soo much. I have a G2X and I vowed to never buy another LG phone again.
Guys next nexus would be Samsung flagship ! And the design will also same apart from camera and SD-CARD slot.

Just FYI, if this is a legit device, it's likely housed in a "dummy box". Final retail device will likely look different. Remember the dummy boxes from the SIII leaks?

Love at first touch!
My first Nexus device and I'm really liking it do far. I must admit I do miss some of the functionality of Touch Wiz. But this tablet is a beast and a feast for the eyes. Really looking testing the multimedia capabilities of the tab.

Dev support is likely to be off the hook until the next one is released if not longer.
No. Never with any device will I ever be satisfied because I love to tweak. I will always need just a few more MHz, or a touch faster I/O, or Tablet UI. But this is a Very nice tablet for it's form factor

I've been using the ipad3 for a while now and its very responsive in a lot of ways, especially when using chrome.
