(Help) bought HTC one x, perfomance problema and lags - HTC One X

Hi gita i swapped my s3 with a one x today.
I use alot emulators and on s3 everything was awesome...today testing the sane emulators, they lag and run indecently, almost 1/3 of the speed that mg s3 had.
The giù provided me just the bootloader key and nothing else.
Its running insertcoin right now.
I dont know what to do, im already regretting the swap. Its like it runs on a single core.
I dont know how to go back to stock ics or firmware as im a Total noob with HTC.
Advices? Im going nuts here thanks.

I wouldn't recommend to go back to stock cause it is pretty tricky in some cases, you should try installing another rom or the same one but with a fresh full wipe

You can find the boot.img of the rom inside the rom, you have to flash that in fastboot by typing 'fastboot flash boot path/to/boot.img', then reboot to recovery, full wipe, flash the rom in recovery and you're done

Follow these instructions - http://uot.dakra.lt/how_to/
select mods from the tabs present in the kitchen, like select the battery type from the battery tab and so on
ARHD 6.1.x is already listed in the kitchen so u dont need to upload the files.
Headover to the pickup page, download ur file and flash it in recovery
Its pretty easy & fun

Can you explain how to flash in recovery??? I'm a noob here....
Turn off your phone, hold down vol- and power, in the white bootloader that appears use the volume keys to highlight recovery and power to select it. In recovery, install zip from sd card.

Here is a flashable.zip. Flash it recovery.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/htconex/files/Add-On/stock_bootanim_sound.zip/download
If it is still not working for you, you need to tell which ROM are you now because some some put the bootanimation.zip in media folder
Ok, I try with that. However I have Arhd 9.0.0 and when I flashed it both animation (boot and down) worked. Now it doesn't work because I've done an hard reset.
I might solve this problem flashing again the rom, but I don't want to restore again everything for a bootanimation.
P.s. Tried and doesn't work.

ARHD has the bootanimation.zip in /data/local not the usual place, that is why the file given to you will not work.
You can flash the ROM again without wipe, so you don't have to restore.
If you want, I can help to make you a flashable zip that work for ARHD.
If I flash again the rom w/out wipe and superwipe what will I lose?

Without wipe and without superwipe, you will lose nothing... all will be there including the bootanimation.
Anyway, here is the flashable zip I made for you if you want to try again. If fails, then reflash the ROM without wipe.

Yes unlocking the bootloader will delete EVERYTHING on your phone. All the internal data. Which you'll need to back up. Then flash any ROM for your phone assuming you have the GSM galaxy nexus you go to the Galaxy Nexus Android development stay away from the Sprint and VZW.

I can't either. Tried copying it to /system/app too and it doesn't work.
I decided to download the CM10 nightly and extract the apk from there (dunno why I didn't do that to begin with) but that one doesn't work either.
