My Lego Dock

So I made a lego dock for my wife's iphone before ( you can see it in the picture ) and figured until we got some good ones come out for the Captivate I would just steal some more of my son's legos and make me a dock for my Captivate.
Here is what it looks like, and of course with bluetooth holder on the side

Dude, that's AWESOME. I need to make one that holds my phone in landscape mode that way I can use the desk dock and my phone as a clock "radio".
I wonder if my knex would work well...

Oh I am sure it will. I was thinking about doing the same with mine, and actually I am quite sure it would be VERY easy to make it work in both landscape and horizontal mode..

i love the captivate but I sure wish samsung would look at your side shot to see how dumb of a location they put the charge port in!

is that a theme or a specific weather widget you have on there? it looks really nice. actually i like the entire display format.

So heres my shot at this. Great idea and all the credit goes to the OP for the idea, I tore open my closet looking for my old legos after seeing this.
Heres my landscape version. Its raised off the bottom so i can use wide rubber bands as "feet" which are wrapped around flat legos.

Legos rule...I must buy some when I get home from iraq

[Wallpapers] WP7 Lock Screens! [10/28]

Seeing as how we can't currently add wallpapers beneath the tiles, I figured we could at least get some going for the lock screen. I'll start off with a few right now, but plan to add a lot more. That looks pretty clean. Where's the picture from? WP7 choice?

Was going to create a thread but I saw this one.

Haha! I'm not sure how most of you react to this, i wasn't really planning to share it either. Just thought i'd fire up photoshop a bit since i enjoy doing that every once in a while. But I thought meh, it won't hurt.
This concept is far from done, for instance the battery icon, the text message menu and a few other things i'm personally still not satisfied with. I was even planning to design my own imagination of an app drawer. If i had the skill to implement this UI to a rom i'd probably spend a few days trying to hit the nail perfectly, but guess what? I have not the slightest clue of anything to do with a rom other then flashing.

Haha! The things over there are beautiful. As much as i like the things there, i find things like this need to be implemented into a rom to have the full feeling. When you click it, it just doesn't give the level of satisfactions without a proper animation. This, of course, is just my opinion.
I remember designing my own homescreen using the apps and what ever else methods they had over there, i loved the design itself but when clicking an icon it just fell so dull. It would open up regularly. If the icon would bounce off the screen or if the animations are tuned(implemented). I believe that would not only give a good design it would make it feel good too.

I'm looking for a real image of chrome. Chrome like a a new bumper on a car. An image I can use as a background. I want it almost like a mirror.

i took an HD wallpaper of a chrome audi r8 from above and tried to crop as solid of an image possible. other than that, there's no other real way to do it unless someone is really good with photoshop and can recreate a chrome vinyl wallpaper from scratch. good luck.

So your looking for a nice chrome/silver gradient. What size does it need to be .?.
and what you have here doesn't look too bad, seems to fit the theme. I played with my gradients a lil bit solid chrome image is hard to pull off.

Tried my hand at designing some watch faces; I've hardly worn a watch before the Moto 360.
The design was inspired by Ancient Rome in space, sort of futuristic and medieval. Hope you guys like it. I'll probably be posting more when I get the time.

You've accidentally left the hands on the background image on the emerald face.

You have a very good taste into design, but if I might say something against is that you (actually every themer) should create a Moto 360 watch face by keeping in mind not to use the lower part of the dial.
It's such a pity when a nice watch face gets cut that way.

Good catch irononreverse, I've updated the watch face removing the hands for the background. It's in the same folder previously.
Thanks Cr4z33, I understand your point. However, don't you feel that flat tire shape looks a little weird if accentuated? It's an interesting point though, but hopefully the second version of the Moto 360 (Moto One? ) gives us a perfect circle while keeping that bezel.

Might be just me doing something wrong but when I import the Bellum Aqua face I get the Solar one. The name show as Corv Bellum Solar and the pic is with the Yellow dials.
