I just looked them up on Google. If you have a different launcher you can change the picture. I'm running nova. It's really easy actually.

Revised mine slightly to fit Google search bar and Soundhound quick song capture. I'm using nova launcher and the Time/Weather/Battery/date widget is a custom designed one. I turned on widget layering to place the Google search on top of the Time/Weather/battery/date widget.
