Both of those are from the the Sony Xperia Arc and maybe a few other 2011 Sony Ericsson devices. Unless you run across someone here that's a developer and has moved over to the GN from SE, you'll probally be better off asking in a form like the Xperia X10 that has had both xLoud and Bravia ported to it.
Even when the Bravia engine was ported to the Xperia X10, it only worked for viewing pictures in the stock gallery app and xLoud, even though it increased the external speaker volume, was the cause of many blown external speakers.

That has nothing to do with the ROM.
Libs in the phone. Theres mods like beats, clear audio +, acid

Stock rom with the Walkman player.
Word of warning, don't go anywhere near AC!D audio. It's a whole bunch of rubbish applications an libs that actually make the sound worse!! I installed it yesterday, and then restored my Nandroid backup and noticed how much richer, fuller and clearer the sound and bass was in the original Walkman player using the built in sound enhancements compared to the AC!D mod :good:

This is 100% true, acid mod and beats etc only make the audio quality worse
Sparta Charge is the rom with the worst audio quality
For audio quality better try Stock or any rom based on stock without sound mods
If you want the Xperia S walkman player I can give you it without garbage sound mod

Hmm. I quite like the sound of acid. It's a lot sharper and crisp. Maybe it's just my preference

BEATS quality audio can be achieved just by tweaking with PowerAMP EQ.

Hey guys, I installed cm12.1 and was disappointed with the sound. I installed a couple of mods but many of them reduce the quality of sound.. Can anyone tell me is there any sound mod that is fully compatible with xperia m and does not decrease the quality of sound like Dolby atmos, etc are ported to the sony z series but i want that type of mods for our beloved xperia m... Please post all the sound mods u may have tested and the best

Probably Viper4Android or the Sony ClearAudio+ mod (link in my signature). Both work relatively well with most Marshmallow ROMs for this device and both sound very good. V4A has more customization so you can tweak and tune your music the way you like it. Sony ClearAudio is a port from the Xperia Z5 and comes with a few toggleable features that can vastly improve how music sounds on this phone (without DSEE HX). Just remember to disable MusicFX before installing any of these because it'll ruin the sound and/or conflict with one another.
I am a Sony lover and I recently upgraded from Xperia Z3 to moto G5 Plus.(I have G4 Plus too) really love this device but only thing I was missing was Sony Music App and dolby sound. So I searched alot and found the sound mod and sony music app. Its working for me so I thaught I should share it with you all. I am using AOKP rom and the sound mod is working perfectly as it should.
