Im running Jellybomb and while its a good ROM, Im not too particular with the theme and some notifications are hard to read. What ROM are you guys running besides Jellybomb and is everything working on that current build. Its hard to read through the development posts because some of the problems are user error most of the time when problems do occur. Also, what are the best US versions because at times I am having trouble with syncing.
Im curious if any of the roms for this Gnote2 still support the stylus and the multi-app thing?
I too would love a non themed version of that rom. I hate blue and the theming is too micky mouse for my taste.

Kinda of my same feeling. Made the phone look flat. Not my cup of tea and you can easily see the genre it is for by just reading a few posts in that thread.
I am running the project ROM ultra light or close to that. Before flashing I did modify several things removed several apks that were just bloat.
Thinking about doing my own thing though as nothing really fits what I want and I am sure it would help the community.

I am using note card 2.2 it has only one bug I have seen is it sometimes boots to a black screen. Being fixed in the next release. Why not is a good ROM also but development is a tad to slow for the flashaholic in me.

I was getting ready to post that. I am running Why Not right now and no issues that I can see. Maybe stick with this until Viper comes out with his as mentioned above or when digiblur makes a ROM and decides to be nice and share with us!! LOL.

They all do.... honestly I have been a rom junkie since the Samsung moment. This is the first phone that I prefer stock on. I use the stock rooted deodexed rom with a few mods and the perseas (sp) kernel. I still flash every new rom but so far there has not been anything compelling enough for a daily. No offense to the devs, they do awesome work but Samsung/Google stepped it up on this one. I would make the switch for Paranoid Android though.

I'm hoping we'll see the "Wicked Sensations" rom for the note 2... dazedandconfused developed it for the S2 & S3 and for my money it was the badest animal on the planet for both devices... I tried them all... It has a somewhat blue theme to it as well but not nearly as obnoxious as the Jellybomb rom... The devs from Team Venum are really talented guys...

I agree. A clean version of that rom would be great! It's over themed and I hate all the blue as well but the rom has some great features but the over theming has kept me away. Glad we have cm10 in the works.

Really liking the theme. I was running M5 for the longest time and between this and K.B.s' themes, I have finally made the jump to build 37. What I would like to find out is the color code for the green you are using in this theme. I use Ultrakeyboard and would like to build a custom keyboard to match your theme. I had one built using ICS blue but am ready to switch. Thanks in advance brother, once again, great job.

Alright, so my aosp project is on hold for now.. reason being is that my phone is flashed to cricket and i can't get any data on aosp at the moment until i find a fix..
SOOO my project i'm working on is NOT to bring sense4 to this device (since it's been clearly stated that it be done) but to theme touchwiz to be as close to sense as i can.. I'm in the process of working on it right now as we speak, but i'm reaching out to any themers available to help me out on this.. I'm fairly capable of doing this but theming to this extent takes A LOT of time and effot.. so if anyone is willing please PM me..

Ok or if your cool with it maybe someone could do it when the ROM is done. You should go check out the goodness ROM that's why I asked about the zip. We have a bunch of themes like green, red, blue, orange, brown, pink, purple, S3, LG, Sony xperia, and I think HTC would be a nice addition :beer:

Its coming along just finished the while entire framework which took like 3 days because i have to resize every single png and edit every .9png manually.. SystemUI is done, now working on settings.apk which is halfway done.. Then all I'll have is contacts, keyboard, sms music and calculator.. I might post it once sms, contacts and keyboard are done and just work my way one apk at a time to have everything finished

Isn't that all devs have been doing lately is theming their roms? I think it is great and rushing is bringing a lot of great options to the phone and everyone of his roms works as it should no issues at all!!

They are alL different.. One is v6 supercharged, SUperBeast ..The Executioner is the original ROM I made with more tweaks different toggles. Halloween is the BeastMade Rom with gnow and beats added while pink butterfly kisses is a more for people that don't like pentagrams... Are they different?

rushing dont worry about it. Some people just cant help themselvs I personally have never seen him add anything to this fourm but crap every now and then.I may have missed something but I doubt it. A bunch of people did not like your choice of theme so you listened to your fans and made the same rom with a lighter theme thats what I call a good dev who listens.

hey thanks man I dont interpret anything here as hate though some people like our friend just dont think about how its going to sound when theyre writing their post i suppose.
anyhow if a person even read the op of each release they would realize they were all different except butterflykisses which is nicer wallpaper that can easily be replaced and one can feel comfortable knowing that it still exists in their device somewhere. oops I didnt change the startup which makes several references to the occult... fail...... oh well butterflykisses2? or is out of sight out of mind good enough?

Probably not wrong. I'm in a similar situation. I'm running wildchild's xquizit xd rom (touchwiz based with mods) with some theme options in the kitchen. I really want a full theme but there is not any that I could find. I am working on my own but have never done it before so getting over a learning curve. But as soon as i do, i'd be happy to share.

I too am willing to pay if someone can fully port the purple kush cm10 theme to wicked_v6.
Even better if someone could make a theme engine for TW ICS ROM's like the one for CM9/CM10. So you flash different themes like mixer, kiwi cobalt, purple kush...etc

I like the TW look and interface, but it's not to have options.

Lmao omg.. My request is for that theme..... Purple kush was my idea that I paid dustinb17 for back on my galaxy nexus..... Dustin couldn't successfully port it to tw being that he doesn't have the phone..... Soo here's my request

Exactly how I feel, I tried to learn how to theme but just don't have the time. For something that extensive I learn better hands on with someone doing it and explaining while I watch and learn. Quite frankly I feel stupid that I can't get it..
The funny thing is I like the theme so much that i'm on Liquidsmooth( AOSP that I like best ) just so I can use the theme...lol:laugh:

No... thank u for the request. I hope it can be done, but don't have too high of hopes. I've never seen a TW or Sense (HTC) ROM run an aosp theme. Maybe it can be done and people just don't desire it, and that's y I haven't seen it. I would love the cobalt blue or crimson red myself as well so I will be watching this thread to follow the progress

I've seen tw roms with an aosp look.. Just not themed.... Im sure any good themer will be able to do it.... I got a hundo to whoever can get this done

Hello all! Some of you might know me, others might not! Either way, i thought i would release my theme Echo! What you must know about Echo, its a Theme specifically built for Tweaked! I know, i know... What does built for Tweaked mean?
Echo was built on Tweaked, and Tweaked only!
Echo has not been tested on any other ROM by me!
Echo will not be officially supported on any other ROM, nor will i allow ports to any other ROM!
I know, i know... Why wont you allow ports Alexia?
Mostly because Tweaked is a special ROM, and i want to put something out for all of the hard work that has gone into Tweaked!

Thats is completely fine for you to think! Fact is i have provided more than my share of time, energy and work to the Android community! I have done more themes, worked on more ROMs, and worked with more teams than i care to remember! I have never once asked for donations, and the ones i have accepted were never once used for myself, everything i have gotten from Android has been given to charity.... If not allowing Ports makes me a "bish" to you, again... So be it!

It should be noted that Echo is a work in progress! I do not get as much time to android as i would like, so i will update as often as possible while ensuring the theme doesn't break future updates to Tweaked! I do ask that if you have a request, that you PM me that request as its a little easier for me to track things that way! You feedback is always welcome on the thread itself, but i do ask that you treat me, and others with respect! If this theme isnt for you, that's fine but no one needs to here you complain about it... If you dont like the way someone mixed my theme with another, thats super... But feel free to yell at your wall rather than clog my thread up with your rants...
In the end, i want everyone to have a good experience, and a good time with this theme...

Flashing a theme is harmless, but again if you insist on trying this theme on another ROM, thats on YOU!

It's a background in the theme, not a transparency thing

Yes and no. Currently its set up so that the images will move over, but given the different directory structure between the two SecMms apks I don't think it actually changes anything noticeable. I could be wrong though.
