Flash isn't supported by Jelly Bean if that's what you're running. Check this out. This is a short article about it that also gives work around or two to help. There are also a tin of posts here on xda that talk about it. You can also use other browsers that will play flash. Hope it helps:

Dolphin has disabled flash support for several versions now. Boat still allows flash. It's the main reason I switched from Dolphin to Boat.

I can confirm using Adode 11.1 and using Firefox works, have to make sure you activate the plugin, can't remember how I did that though... haha
I think I went to the Flash settings and allowed it to use the plugin, I also have to do that when I try to play a video

Weird, I swear my Chrome browser is working with Flash just fine. I did, however uninstall this app because it was a nuisance.

I just upgraded from the old EVO 4g to the S3 and I just downloaded the flash for 4.0 from Adobe. Is there any certain way to install to get it to work properly and I am still using stock browser? I had my EVO for two years+ and I am enjoying the new S3! Thanks!

There is usually a setting for managing add-ons in the browser settings menu. Personally, I use Boat, which allows Flash "always-on" or "on-demand" settings.

Dolphin Browser HD 8.5.1 APK (Supports Flash)

Since Dolphin Browser HD recently dropped support for Flash on all Jelly Bean devices, including the Nexus 7, people have been needing the old version of Dolphin Browser HD for use with Flash. Well, here you are.
APK Download: http://dl.apktops.com/app/201206/Dolphin_Browser_HD_8.5.1.apk
If you need Flash Player, check this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1771463
Thanks
Thanks OP, very kind of you!
*Edit - Although Flash seems to work fine, when trying to go full screen it crashes out immediately. Currently Firefox does not have this problem.
This is great. I miss the pinch to zoom and the more functional address bar though. Not a poblem.
Anyway to tell the Play Store not to update it?

As of right now, no. I guess that's the price to pay to have Flash working on it though.
Maybe if everyone keeps giving it 1 star for disabling Flash, Dolphin will get the message and add it back.

Thanked
Did this yesterday and it's been smoooooth sailing so far. I'm new to Android and this made things a ton easier. :good:
I wonder if there is a way to change the apk or program to make it think your are running ICS so it still enables flash, besides editing the build.prop. From the Google Play update log it sounds like its merely disabling flash on JB while still allowing it to work on ICS/GB, so the flash supporting part of Dolphin is still there, its just being disabled.
I've been using XScope Browser.
Seems like Flash support is a little bit better on that one, but I haven't tested it extensively. Amazon Instant Video can be played full-screen, which is nice. I tried that with Dolphin, but it kept crashing.

In theory, Google no longer supports Adobe Flash Player; that's why we see all this controversy with some Android browsers still supporting it while others don't and won't. Google's seems to be pushing the HTML5 but that just can't happen overnight. Adobe Flash Player is certainly not dead and it won't be replaced for a while.
That's why it says it's for ICS and yes, it'll work on JB without problems. Most likely Adobe will never (officially) be releasing a version dedicated to JB or KLP...
It's probably also why we'd have to dig deeper and deeper to find this ARCHIVED links.

Thanks but I've been using Boat Broawser Pro for quite some time - at least for me there is no better Android browser - period. It supports Flash (no hack needed) and it comes with all the features I need/like. I simply can't stand Dolphin's gestures. Boat Browser uses a very similar engine but (although it supports some gesture) it mainly works on button-based interactions.

it's probably just that the browser you used did not support flash. chrome for instance and newer versions of dolphin browser took out support for flash if you are on android 4.1 or above.
you should be able to view it as long as you have flashed installed and a compatible browser (Boat browser should still work for you and an old version of dolphin should do the same)
make sure you enable flash content in Boat browser settings also

Try downloading Boat Browser from the PlayStore, if there's no option to enable flash in the stock browser that would only mean samsung took out flash support from the stock browser. I don't have an s4 yet to test it out yet but I'm pretty sure Boat Browser would work for you.
Also try this flash player, it should be the latest Adobe Flash Player v11.1.115.54
See if that will make it work on stock browser, it works on my s2 and s3 so hopefully it will do the same for you on the s4.

Actually NONE of the browsers fully support flash video in-frame on websites.
In other words, we can all play any flash video as long as it's not embedded in
a webpage.
There are a very few websites which are setup in such a way that allows any of the new
models of android phones to play/view flash videos which are imbedded in the webpages.
My S2 and S3 had no problem doing it............. I am sure sooner or later there will be
a mod, fix or an upgrade so it works properly all the time on any webpage.

I just wanted to share it because the only other available guides for installing Flash for our devices that I've seen seem to involve a lot of unnecessary steps/videos/ad-based links, popups and even dead ends.
This is just a simple straightforward apk download and install.

Chrome uses HTML5, and native codes to play videos. I've been able to play all videos in Chrome that only used to play in other browsers that needed Flash Player. It's a toss up now for me. If you like Chrome then use it. If you find a site that won't play videos then at least you can fall back to another browser that can use Flash Player like Firefox.
