[App] Screen Adjuster - Free app to remove yellow tint - Nexus 4 Themes and Apps

I thought I'd share this app with everyone. Did a search, but it doesn't seem to have been posted yet. It's called Screen Adjuster and can be used to remove the yellow tint some people find on their phones. The app does not require root. On mine, bumping the blue to +5 seemed to be enough since it wasn't tinted very badly to begin with.

This is perfect! Jellybean broke screen filter app and I love being able to go below 0% brightness. This app works like a charm.

Not sure how it can do anything real without root access. My guess is it is just sorry of an overlay or something like that.

Are you guys rooted because thats been out for a while now.. My phone capacitive lights blink when I have a text, missed call or email...
Edit: I see you are new to xda but now sure if you lurked prior... this is a great site with alot of great developers and ideas floating around. Do yourself a favor and search more than just here but other sub-forums as well like Android General. There are apps called BLn notification that do what you need as well as AOKP or CM(/10 which have this capability.
Do you see my sig' you got to remember to do that whenever you want to know about something

See how easy that was.....lol Remember guys google is your friend
I have searched and came up with nothing. This was a while back so something might of changed. The issues with xda search on a mobile phone sucks. I want the flash because at work it very noisy and seeing the flash from a distance would be better than dull lights on bottom of phone.
Edit. I just saw the other post. Giving it a try.

The thing is most people assume they need to search xda to find something on xda but in reality I go to google and put in what I want to search on xda but just add xda to the end of it... ex: "use camera as notification xda" then hit search from google and check out the results. That is how I find everything
Hey hope I helped you and the OP was a good sport thanking me twice after clicking the link specially made for the both of you....

Anyone use an app for the camera flash for calls and notifications?

Looking for an app that will flash the camera flash for phone calls and notifications. Something sorta like the iPhones. I did some Google searches and saw people using things like tasker and light flow. Any of you use anything?
Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda premium
um... isnt that the purpose of a LED notification light? i dont understand why someone would want camera flash to be their notification as it is so bright.
Well normal notification light is not very noticeable if your phone is on silent. The camera flash thing on the iPhone is pretty cool.

Light Flow can do this. Go to settings, towards the bottom under LED Hardware Control, Camera Flash LED Control.

But this way it only works after the call. With the app above you'll get camera led flash while calling as a notification. This helps to see anybodys calling you, while leaving the phone on silent mode.
So you're telling me that if you were a woman, and had your phone in your handbag and the phone was facing down. That's an acceptable way? Having a random light come out of your bag in and out? Doesn't sound too smart and I don't think that iPhone has a notification LED light.
How exactly is the notification light not noticeable? Use Light Flow and change the colors to make it more notifiable it gives you absolute control over your LED.

just to be clear, you mentioned that this is happening across several ROM flashes...
are you TB'ing apps back w/ data? or does this actually happen on a clean flash?
All else fails, nandroid and add apps one by one. What ROM(s) are you flashing?

Maybe so. I usually stick with AOSP. Never had an experience like that. I'm not touting one over the other. Just curious what sammy feature would do that. I'll see what I can dig up later.

note 2 multi task?

Hello,
I purchase the sprint note 2 unlocked but I don't seem to get the multi task feature which was mentioned in all advertisements of the note 2. Just curious if it was because of me using an unlocked carrier, caused the featured to be unavailable or what can possible be the used.
Its not in your notification bar or settings at all? Its multiwindow btw.

Try this. Hold the back button down for 2-3 seconds and see if the tab appears any where. It could be hiding, as that is a function of multi-window. Hope that works for you.

[Q] Ultra contrast mode...Can it be activated manually?

I upgraded to the note 4 from the note 2 and i love it. But the one feature i use as much as i can is the ultra contrast mode that kicks in automatically while in sunlight. I know most hate it...but i fly a phantom 2 and i use my phone for live video feed.
So my question is this. Is there an app or setting to make that function turn on and off when i choose too. It does kick on by itself when in sunlight...but not always. I would love it if i can turn it on myself though manually. I have googled a lot to see and haven't found anything yet...so i thought about asking here.
Anyone? I spent about an hour today looking and nothing
