Boot into recovery is not working.
It works from status bar option.
As mention, LT28i_6.1.E.2.68 only.

I dont use small app, however i heard small apps doesn't touch framework, so I guess that's a yes.
About the reboot recovery - after talking with a few members - I think it related to busybox not able to recognize or running the code. Unless we have an updated CWM with latest working busybox, I don't think this function is working. There is away to fix it - rewrite the code, in which out of my capability.
Temp fix for getting to recovery is using the new tab (20 toggles) or my new up date with recovery reboot.

No if you want to have the new layout (20 toggle tabs) then you have to wait until I have time to do that - otherwise you can look for my other thread Toggle Mod lastest update. Or you can download AOSP style like this here:

A full rom for mini pro ? I just got that phone as a replacement for my X8. I haven't touch that one, more or less it's a backup phone. In addition I'm a rom dev. So Answer is no
FOReveryone : I actually found the error for recovery. I'll work on all version of Ion and Xperia S - KA rom (maybe stock too if I have all the requirement files). Coming soon.

See attached. This file is not signed so you have to install it as a system app - use adb or Root Explorer to copy it to /system/app folder and set permission to 644 (all read, top write)

Push it to /system/app folder and set permission. Run as a normal app. Click the first 2 buttons to mount the storage required and click Media Transfer to unmount

How to Install the Small Apps:
Here's what you have to do if you are using original rom:
1) Install CWM.
2) Flash Lt28i 6.1.E.2.68 deodexed rom or 6.1.E.3.7 deodexed rom.
3) Download parts 1 and 2 and place them on your SD Card.
4) Flash Part 1, wipe dalvik cache (In advanced) and reboot.
5) Let it boot and update android and go until you see the ask of the code pin.
6) Turn off by pressing Power and Volume + a few seconds.
7) Come back in recovery and flash Part 2.
8) Reboot.

Is this confirmed to work on the lt28? We've had the systemui over here for a while now. But the small apps requires some framework-res changes. No one has been able to decompile/recompile the lt28's framework-res with out errors yet.

No, they use different kernel.
All you need are:
- Root your stock Rom.
- Install CWM recovery.
- Deodex the Rom.
- Follow steps in the first post.

A) Every time when I boot the phone. It says SD card is broken. (But actually it works great.
B) When I connect my phone to my PC via USB. It pops a window whose title is "Format SD Card" but no content. (because of USB Debugging)
C) Now I can't access the internal Storage via USB...

Let it boot and update until you see the ask of your pin code. At this time you will see some error message, that's normal.
Turn off by pressing power and volume up a few second and flash the other parts.

They are the same... Any rom working with S will work with SL, too. Only thing is it will probably underclock it to 1500mhz, you would need kernel that supports overclocking to get it to 1700 again

When i try to extract files, with Winrar, corrupted file error appears or unexpected end of file error.
I downloaded all eigth files, all with sizes of 38540 KB, except one , the last of 10697 KB.

Performance is good but still not satisfied with Color quality. Its seems like fade out. Must be issue with Bravia Engine not work.

How to install this ROM
Unlocked Bootloader
1. Unlock your bootloader at http://unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com/(*)
2. Stock .55 ICS based ROM. (Some parts of THIS ROM contain files from those firmwares)(*)
3. Copy ROM to SD card
4. Flash kernel with recovery.(*)
5. Enter CWM Recovery (Make sure that /system is unmounted)
6. Do a factory reset (Not necessary if coming from same firmware)
7. Flash ROM
8. Reboot.
9. On first boot your phone should reboot once after the bootanimation. This is normal.
10. Next boot should take a while.
11. You may see that, after some reboots, you get a message on the screen informing you that you are flashing new firmware, this is fine. DO NOT DISTURB THE PHONE WHILST THAT IS HAPPENING.
12. ENJOY!!!
(*) These steps may not apply to you.
Additional note: Some people may experience a status 7 error. If this happens, extract the boot.img from the zip and flash that before installing the ROM again.

No, the Sony keyboard is the default, but the 4.2 one is there too.

Not at the moment, other than the updated Play Store. There aren't many mods available for this firmware yet.

Nice I'm using it. Good so far. Not much different than the leaked official but I'm sure it will get better. Maybe a list of what was removed.

This is good enough ,but I think you should wait for the official 4.1.2 release from Sony and then decide if you want unlock your BL.
I have just installed this ROM on my SXS. For now no FCs. One request: next time please leave more stock Sony widgets.

Recent Calls widget and Genie widget. But these widgets are also in DoomLord's leak, I just copied and pasted them from there.
Praise you for deleting Facebook - I allways use RootUninstaller to delete this crApp.
BTW How is Xperia Z in normal daily use? Because I will buy a new phone by the end of May

It is brilliant. I have had no lag and development is going well. My only gripe is the lack of physical camera button.

I'm too considering the Z. I was actually going to buy the Z and the same evening this leaked firmware turned up. So I'm giving my XS a chance before I exchange it. Thanks for the Rom.

Or you get a phone with shutter button or water resistant.... Why couldn't they just put it all together? Lol. I'm trying to choose between the Xperia ZQ( BR ZL) and the sgs4... Still, our little S rocks. Haha.
I think the modded camera app from T(or is it V's?) with HDR and stuff like that could be added.... Also Bravia engine 2. Stamina mode has a kind of beta in this firmware, shuns about it whole trying to install the one I found around themes and apps(it also sore a message about it when battery is under 4%
There are some apps I would recommend taking off, butI forgot which...Dx

Side note : I flash romaur v11 first setup my account then flash this rom without wipe. But because of i'm using .101 kernel, i can't auto rotate but when playing games, no problem with landscape rotation.

Rom tested and like always, flawless [emoji108]...flash romaur v11 and then this rom, everything work fine so far, screen rotate work fine with .101 kernel.

Ah well, my experience with Roms - I always wipe and dont want to take any chances! A fresh feel! And secondly if there are any issues I have to wipe eventually you know! :silly:
