[Q] I have a htc one x with cid : 02___001 and i want install jb rom

There some of jb rom that i can install in this device cid?

Yes there are jelly bean roms you can run with unlocked bootloader ,trips CM10 is a very good example, but as it stands for a sense jelly bean rom the answer is NO untill o2 release the OTA update.

Or the experimental kernel method but it has some bugs. If you don't mind losing sense then Cm10 if not I think you should just wait. I'm on cid 044 so in the same boat!

Well as the official HTC JB ota has actually been released to the public I would guess any where between November/ December for o2 to push it to their customers.

Q) can i install mike1986 stock rom

hi my hox is wwe base 2.17.707.3 cid 044 custom rom. Can i install mike1986 (2.17.401)stock odexed rom and stock recovery to get ota update jellybean?

I Dont think so but i ask him Too and he sayed that he will make a flashable stock Rom like this if official jellybean is out.

No. Firstly, the OTA won't install on the wrong CID and secondly, it's not been released yet.

hi guys,
i'm from germany.
I have HTC ONE X and as CID (02___102).
That means it is an branded software from O2 Germany.
I want to know ,when i can install jb before O2 brings the offiziell firmware out?

sorry, but you can't install JB before the official update

that's not good

You cannot update to jb unless you have compatible cid even your are rooted.

But he still won't be able to upgrade the firmware required to use jelly bean.

You can install a JB AOSP or AOKP ROM without upgrading your HBOOT. All you need to do is unlock your bootloader, install a CWM recovery, install boot.img via fastboot and flash the ROM zip

i cant flash the new hboot for jb.thats my problem.
i have also rooted my htc and cwm i have install but i am by ics.

i have CID HTC__304
what can i do to get a new rom and save the other??

its true that JB release depends on your CID but how can anyone know exact date. If your droid is modified by operator count with delay. Official announcement was for oct 2012, that means we will get it for christmas

[Q] Carrier ID Vodafone Germany

Hey XDA Community,
I'm planning to flash the new Android Revolution HD 18.1 , but the thread says that I need to check if my CID is provided.
So yea I checked my CID via adb-tools and it says it is VODAP102 (Germany) which is NOT provided
(I checked the provided CID here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1957376). But I already have the Jelly Bean 4.1.1
version and HBOOT 1.36 so I am a bit confsued. Is it possible for me to flash the ROM now or not ?
Oh right and right now I'm using the CWM 5.8.4.0 and BugX ROM 2.6.4

Yes, if your hboot already is 1.36 you can go ahead and install ARHD 18.1.

Am I able to flash ARHD v22?

I just reverted back to stock OPTUS001.
-My H.boot version is 1.12.000
-Android version is 4.0.4
-HTC sense version is 4.1
-Software number is 2.17.980.6
Once I root and unlock bootloader, am I able to flash this rom?

No. Firstly apply the jelly bean OTA update, then you can do it. Alternatively, you can download the new hboot for your cid somewhere in the development forums.
