Pimp my Rom from Play store

Thanks a lot

Apps locked with 'pimp my rom' still get bumped out of memory.... But go ahead, try it, maybe it works for you...

Hi :
You can also try to put this in your build.prop @ the end
sys.keep_app_1=com.android.contacts
sys.keep_app_2=com.android.phone
Following like this for all app you want to keep in memory

Damn I'd also like to keep pohone in memory. Lags for 2secs before it opens... and than on a quadcore

Latest xposed app settings has per-app based resident in memory option and it really works.
With this app you can also change density, language etc of any app you want.

[PORT REQ] GS III Lockscreen

Is it possible to have this ported? I figured that you have to modify the android.policy.jar and I attempted it but pretty much failed. Does anyone here know how to do it?

The lockscreen is buried in a framework (presumably twframework but also most likely SystemUI, sorry, I haven't looked into this before) and would take a lot of reversing to get onto our phones. I'm sure it'll come soon, and if not, there will most likely be clones of it coming.

Cmon devs. At least port the clock font, just to make it fit with the SGS3's accuweather clock font.
I know it is not something new. Jkay and a lot of theme makers have done that before in the GB ROM

lockscreen is deep down in twframework-res.apk and it needs lots of jar files to be edited besides xml editings. and I guess is much harder than editing a xml file. even if you search for OEM lockscreen, usually end up in a theme for customizable lockscreen apps like go locker or widgetlocker.
ics known as the Rock of sgs2 Would not the screen?

I'm using go locker ICS theme and combine it with dandelion live wallpaper.
-first, set your homescreen wallpaper with dandelion live wallpaper
-second, go to go locker setting enable it,choose ICS theme and then go to background set in launcher background and done.
Now you have a "fake" galaxy S3 lockscreen.
Enjoy

You can actually pull it and have it on whatever rom you're using
Download MOAR, ask what the font is called, then pull font "xxx" from /system/fonts in the MOAR.zip and dump it into the /system/fonts folder of whatever rom you're running
If you like a certain font, you can actually do this across phones, roms, whatever!

There are also apps like "rom manager" (the free version has it too) that present you with a whole catalogue of fonts [and also boot animations from rom manager] that you can install, and they stick even after you uninstall the app because it sticks them in your /system/fonts folder
