How do you switch back if you don't like it? Is there an option to switch back and forth between launchers (as if you loaded Apex, etc)?

Probably would just need to find the app and clear the defaults
Sent from my SPH-L710 using xda app-developers app

I guess I'm wondering if upon installing, will it ask which app I'd like to use (like when you install from play store - with one time or always) or if the zip automatically loads it as my default launcher.

Before flashing this, always do a Nandroid backup just in case you don't like it. That's what I did.

Depending on how many launchers you have installed, it will ask you which one you want to keep "Always" or "Just Once".

Their is an app in play store that I use all the time called homesmack which let's u switch launchers on the fly for instance I have nova, apex,tw,and now this. With the click of a button I can change launchers.

I see the weather widgets in the screenshots but I don't see them on my phone after install. Am I missing something? Also, I can't seem to bring up settings by using the soft key. I do like this launcher tho. I will use it for a bit. I switch all the time anyways!

You can copy the .mtz files from any theme on miui and place them in the folder /sdcard/miui/themes , and they'll show up as lockscreen options under this program. (Of course, that's provided the theme you install *has* a lockscreen. ) None of the other parts of the theme work, obviously, but this is pretty damm cool.
Pretty much every lockscreen theme from the xda thread can be found in this app. I would know I had them all when I had my glacier lol its sick. I love the va series.

this isn't working for me. i downloaded several from that miui thread, then stuck the .mtz's in the miui/themes folder on my sdcard. they appear within the milocker app just fine and seemingly 'apply' fine as well. when i lock then unlock the screen however, its just staying on the default milocker lockscreen. i've tried reapplying, rebooting, etc. nothing works. ideas?
i even deleted the default lockscreen and it still shows it upon unlock. huh?
yeah, not all seem to work. I went through most of the ones through the app that can be searched for, and they are similar to the ones in that link. as someone stated. Those all work and there are alot. Some are even translated.

But all it is is a launcher... It's like telling someone on eclair to install the old version of ADW launcher to be on Froyo and then theming it with the GB theme to be on Gingerbread. I thought this would at least be a theme.

Can't set any security on it, therefore this is useless to me. But as for functionality, it worked flawlessly on Darkside Evolution v8. Notification drop down did indeed work along with the camera launch.
The only thing I dont like about these lockers is that pressing the home button from the lockscreen unlocks it, I saw an option on this locker to disable that, but it ended up disabling the home button completely

Modding the stock launcher is pointless when you can replace it with Nova or Trebuchet, imo...
Nova barely takes less resources than stock launcher I heard..
The same was for me. Several weeks ago i asked to post launcher without search box, and was bombarded with answers about other launchers.
If i wanted to use nova or other i wouldnt ask to post modified one. Please be on topic

It's annoying to fork, mod and build a package just for one person and make a nice flashable zip for them too. Especially when other stuff is around which can do the same thing.
You could look into how to do it yourself. Then you'll know how to do so in the future. I think the better question to ask is how do I mod the launcher to how I see fit, rather then ask someone to do it for you. This is a development forum. I don't want to come off as condoning or anything, but I've found with all the info and resources on XDA, its better how to learn how to do something so that way one you can help out later in the future, or at least that's how I imagine this site is supposed to run.

It sounds like you're having the same problem that I had when I tried to do this. Open the Xposed Installer. You will be in the framework tab. Go to the "modules" tab. There is, at least on my ROM, a very faint grey box to the left of "Xposed App Settings." Click on the box. I think you have to restart. Then open Xposed App and any changes you make ought to actually change the apps in question.
I was sitting there for almost an hour trying to change settings, look up settings, and see why mine wasn't working. Never thought that I could be messing around with something that wasn't even active.
I hope this helps.
Works perfect, thank you.
