When you are new, you need to flash First the 2.0 because in the 2.2 is no boot.img.
When you are on secXces already, there is no Problem.
You dont need to reflash the boot.img, because i dont say it.

Will be great to leave the rom with no widgets, if are not included. It s so easy for the users to add them manually, also, if chef wants, I can provide a flsdhable widgets mods with aroma.
But i love the personality of this rom.

When you can make a flashable zip of the things that are not include, do it. I really like not the aroma but for this ok. ^^
This rom has busybox include and is deodex (dont know how to write right)
I dont think you become official update with any custom rom.

Yes, you just add apps, it s easy to do, needs java installed only, i use it with windows.

HOW DO I THEME Sense 4+:
This is one question that is asked most in our forum. Sense 4+ cannot be themed in a traditional way because HTC decided to encrypt the files. So we need to decrypt the files theme it and encrypt it back. So do that we need to use Virtuous Ten Studio - The next level of reverse engineering apps
About VTS according to dev
Virtuous Ten Studio (VTS) is the ultimate solution for the modification of android applications.
This program allows you to manage entire Android projects within an easy to use and familiar environment.
The intended group of users covers anyone from a themer over ROM devs up to the smali gods known for their awesome mods of existing apks.
The modifcation of smali code is one of the biggest features in VTS. You can easily decompile, edit and recompile any apk or jar file.
However, the application is not limited to smali files. You can edit almost any file found inside an apk or jar.

AOKP is an AOSP rom...AOSP means it is based on the android open source project..cm9 and aokp are both custom roms based on AOSP..so it should be CM9/AOKP

Even though the free one don't state compatibility with the One X, I have tried them all to ensure that they will show up in the skins section of personalize settings after installation. NOW, Download the ROM to your PC. Extract boot.img and put it into your C/:fastboot folder. Put the ROM zip into your SD CARD.
Conect your HOX to the PC in "CHARGE MODE".
Open CMD in Windows and type stepping in C/:fastboot the following commands "adb reboot bootloader".
Once your phone is in "Fastboot USB MODE"; type in CMD "fastboot erase cache" press enter and then "fastboot flash boot boot.img"
Finally unplug your HOX from the PC, press HBOOT and enter to the RECOVERY

IMPORTANT NOTES from Chef for Better Experience
Please, As rom has no SETUP WIZARD, Once rom Boots up TURN OFF Autosync in Setting Menu. Remember to Manually connect WIFI aslo.
NOW, Download the ROM to your PC. Extract boot.img and put it into your C/:fastboot folder. Put the ROM zip into your SD CARD.
Conect your HOX to the PC in "CHARGE MODE".
Open CMD in Windows and type stepping in C/:fastboot the following commands "adb reboot bootloader".
Once your phone is in "Fastboot USB MODE" type in CMD "fastboot erase cache" press enter and then "fastboot flash boot boot.img"
Finally unplug your HOX from the PC, press HBOOT and enter to the RECOVERY
Make 3 wipes ( data, cache, dalvik)
Flash The ROM as usually. Once installation is Done, Reoot your phone manually.

myONEv RC6.0 is Sense 4.1 lite
mySENSE RC1.0 is Sense 4.1
You can try flashing without full wipe, it should work. Only Chrome may got problem as I move it to data/app, not sure actually. Reinstall it from Play Store will correct it. (But only if you need it.. hehe). If you don't need it, you can uninstall just like a normal user apps.

I have the myONEv RC6.0 which is excellent so I'll update today (thanks for the new version). I'll also install the Hellboy kernel. Do I need to use the diff patch also ? I don't know what it is for.
I'm on myONEv RC6.0 FX now with KISS kernel. I'm gonna try this new rom tonight, thanks!
If I'm sticking with the KISS kernel I can do a full wipe install and restore data right?
If I flash the Hellboy kernel, restore data doesn't work right? Is it recommended to flash Hellboy? I prefer a stable kernel and easy install.

First 24 hr feedback: seriously good rom mate. Highly stable, great battery life and very fast and responsive. No apparent downsides yet lol. Appreciate the little extras like SuperSU, EQS, xmkernel etc. Coming from 4.2 roms like liquid & carbon I thought sense based roms would be heavier and noticably less responsive even without bloatware but not the case here, plus it's the first time I've had over 12 hours battery with normal use.

Tried various governor/scheduler combos smartmax+sio seems to be the best balance. Media seems fine with no video/audio playback problems, gameplay is smooth, I don't play that many tho.

How different is it from schniz's ics rom ?

but i'm missing power widget and some calender widget

The APM mod needs to be modified to work with our device. Every other tweak work as it should without any modifications. Hence for APM the link points to the modified part. All credits goes to the original creator. Please thank him.

I believe it stands for advanced power menu, as in long press of power button for more options. When I get to a computer I'll post a mirror (if that's OK w/dev) unless someone beats me to it.

I'll release an update today fixing keyboard, camera and menu button.
And guys take a look at addons. IT has battery with percentage. Extended quick settings, JB animations, and all other addons which you need.
Go through the thread carefully.
I already mentioned in my first post to take alook at second post for mods and addons.

Only use the APM mod I have attached in the second post. The default one from ONE V post will not work for our device.

All the bugs including camera bug, 3 dot menu showing at the bottom, long press home not doing anything are fixed in RC1.1 which I'll release sometime later tonight.
Just bear with me for sometime. I'm giving some final touches to it.
