[Q] Clock on status bar - T-Mobile, Samsung Galaxy SIII

Im just trying to figure out how to change the position of the clock on the status bar. I want to move it to the center like I have seen in many different themes. I have tried them themes thinking it was part of it and that didn't work, or at least I couldn't figure it out. I am currently running the Illusion rom. Thanks for any help.

This theme mod can do that

There's an option in rom control on illusion to put it there

Thanks everyone for the help. I got it now. I don't know how I missed that. Thanks again.

Transparent Notification Bar

Hi Guys,
I'm running Deck's ICS Alpha 8 with Nova Prime on my Evo. Is there any way short of flashing a different ROM to make the notification bar's black background either transparent or not exist at all?
Thanks for any help.

You should be able to change the transparency value of statusbar_background.png in systemUI.apk. I've done it easily on many roms. ICS is a little different when it comes to the systemUI but it should still work. I can try for you if you want just send me the systemUI.apk if need be

[REQUEST] Centered LOCKSCREEN Clock

I've been using Codename Android for a while and one thing i really liked was the clock on the LOCKSCREEN being centered.
I've now moved to AOKP where the clock is like the stock one, aligned to the right.
I'm hoping for a mod or hack that can center the LOCKSCREEN clock and all other text thats displayed there.
preferably something easy and flashable, but i'd understand if thats not possible.
Again, this is for the LOCKSCREEN, NOT NOTIFICATION.
just bumping this since it's been 24 hours
I would love this.
+1 for center clock. I liked that on CNA.

well i'm glad i'm not alone here.
I just sent a tweet to the current CNA dev asking him if he could share a way to do it.
i loved CNA, but after moving to AOKP, don't think i'll be going back.
well, been a couple days, so another bump.
Really no one knows how to do this?

well thats what this post is about, a request.
as far as weather on the lockscreen, you have a few options there.
AOKP can have weather on the lockscreen and notification bar
beautiful widgets can have weather in the notification bar and then a simple pull down.
Widget Locker can be used to put a weather widget on the lockscreen.
my thing is that i love the stock lockscreen, especially in AOKP with it's features, but want a centered clock as the others above do.
I'll try and work on it.

ICS status bar

Can someone please help me out with how to get an authentic ICS looking status bar... I am also looking to get the wifi arrows to show inside the wifi icon. When i try to replace the pics myself, for some reason, the arrows are pushed off to the side of the wifi icon, and again I am trying to get them in the middle. Can someone please point me to the best resource? thanks in advance.
What ROM you using? If its Darkside, try Phoenix6's theme.
Also this thread is for themes and apps, not Q&A of themes,

The Aosp theme is what you're looking for. Foreverloco has added versions for infamous and he also posted a version for chicago in the thread.

True, but for those that would like to use tw roms because of wifi calling which is the only reason I might go back or any other reasons that aokp or cm9 just doesn't do it for them this theme makes it look just right. And even though I'm on aokp at the moment I have to admit the toggles and pull down menu on this theme did look a lot better.

[THEME] Extra rows and columns on the home screen.

Hey guys.
I rooted my phone the other night and tried out the Paranoid Android rom, but it wasn't really to my liking. I restored, and decided I'd look into themeing myself. So far I haven't been able to find any real god honest tutorial breaking it all down, so I thought I'd see if anyone could point me in the right direction.
First thing I wanted to do was increase the amount of icons I can have on my home screen. I've searched and haven't found any help.
Cheers guys.
U have to search for MOD for the TW launcher

Transparent Nav and Notification Bar?

Are there any devs or someone smarter than me, that could theme the top notification bar and bottom navigation bar to be semi transparent/fully transparent like how it is on the homescreen w kitkat, so when im in an app it could still be transparent instead of big black bars?
I'm a newb when it comes to editing ui files etc, thanks for the help.

I think when you update to 4.4.2 Google gave all the devices the transparency on both the nav bar and notification bar. Its even on the lockscreen too. If you open up some app they take advantage of it. Some apps don't such as fb. I think its up to the developers to update their apps. So I'm not convinced you need to modify your frameworks or anything like that its all enabled bone stock =]

yeah im just wondering, if its possible to modify the files to make it to where even if an app hasn't, the black will still be semi transparent, b/c im sure there will be plenty of developers who choose to not bother adding it

[GUIDE][MOD] Make Status Bar & Navigation Bar transparent in 4.4 Home/Lockscreen
Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
I tried this before on aokp jellybean, its ugly because the transparency isnt within the apps (just like iOS) but the homescreen you can see your wallpaper while inside an app lol i guess it all depends on the app if it wants you to use full emersion :/

Use gravity box module with xposed
Only nexus 5 has transparent bar, nexus 4 update to 4.4.2 cannot install latest android home launcher.
You mean like this?
Sent from my 2013 Nexus 7.
ROM: CleanRom 2.6
Kernel: ElementalX 2.3
CPU: 1728 MHz Overclock
GPU: 450 MHz Overclock
Governor: Ondemand
Just went thru an rooted installed this mod, literally does everything, except transparency lol Thanks tho for the help/replies guys.
Just use a custom rom with it built in. Custom roms have had transparencies way back in the day. Where do you think Google got the idea?
Xposed does this well. You have to enable transparency AND have a launcher and touchscreen that supports it. If your launcher doesn't support it then it won't work. Gotta have both.
