I have just find out that on recovery mode, there is an options to "apply update from /cache".
This link show how to do it without CWM:http://blog.talawah.net/2012/07/how-to-manually-ota-update-your-galaxy.html
However, It seems that I need to root my phone to move the update file into /cache folder.
Please, Does someone know how to write the "update.zip" on /cache folder on the phone without rooting it?
thanks in advance
There is of course a method: You can flash factory images via Fastboot mode.

This is directly related to the discussion on your other thread, so IMO not correct (and also confusing) to create a new thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one-m8/help/how-to-proceed-to-s-off-boot-loader-t2922163
