IMS Service draining battery - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note II

Anyone have any insight or thread pointers to find out why my IMS Service is acting up... drained from 100 percent to 86 in a little over 2 hours with only 12 minutes screen time...
What to do... thanks in advance, running the Jedi Master 9 with Rom Toolbox Pro addon and the black gloss theme

Just a little more info...
nothing seemed to be happening prior to last night when I installed andromizer (tested an imei/efs backup method) and then reinstalled from TIBU my MX Player, Dice Player, and upnplay app to watch a few movies. Went to bed and woke up to my phones "100% charged alert", disconnected and went back to sleep... little over 2 hours later I wake up and im down to 86% .

Seems to be a none issue now... shut phone off and let it charge to 100 and its not there any more after 4 hours use... really not sure what happened but it seems fixed

NotificationService WakeLock

Hello all,
I recently purchased betterbatterystats. I've been enjoying great battery life on CleanGB (first time I've gone 24+ hours in a LOOOOONG time).
However, today, I popped in a new battery, and I've had "NotificationService" under partial wakelock for 8.5 hrs now, battery at 14%. It has a count of 3432.
Any clue what is going on? I did disable some programs from startup in AutoStarts, however, I haven't rebooted since I did that.
Thanks for any clues.
Bummer, no clues on this one eh?

My rough guess is you installed some app that notifies you for something, like Wordfeud or a game that you can play over the net, or possibly a social app like Google + or Facebook that is having trouble syncing. Get Memory Booster Lite, run the task killer, and see what program that has a notification capability keeps reloading itself.
Tapatalk gave me that problem. I disabled notifications and I no longer see this partial wakelock.

Battery App. Calibration

Battery Application Calibration Doesn't Work I was @ 40% and flashed CM.MTD.RONIN8 and once upon boot up 9% seriously???
Ill Stick to my Manual Way, Anyone else have this issue even after calibration?

Mine did that me last night while I was flashing. It went down to about 11% rebooted and it was 69%

That is a clockwork/battery stats bug. Don't reboot without plugging into a charger below 50%. If you pull the battery and wait a few minutes and put it back in and boot it will go back to where it was.

mines do it ALL the time.. I can be at like 60 something percent and then I will hear the warning message that my battery is under 15 percent.. I can be at like 40 percent and reset my phone and it will be at like 8 percent.. I use the "Battery Calibration" app at least once a week to try and fix it.. and nothing.. I also have tried it on more then one battery and same thing..
Hey kenny, allow me to help with this one. Charge ur phone completely being on first and then off. Once its done, boot into cwm and wipe ur battery stats. Then reboot and use ur phone till it completely dies

help :my mobile bettary messing me up

im just havin my t 989 mobile a week ago ,,, installing application fone killer , power saving , reduce brightness dont prevent droppig of battery from 100% fully charged to 0 % within 4 hours in a light us even it dropped from 100 percent to 80 within 30 min without a fone call
im on official ICS what should i do????
Don't use an app killer, they do more harm than good. Set apps like email and Facebook or Twitter to check for status updates/emails less often. Give the phone a few cycles from 100% to almost 0% and back to 100%. It should get better over time.

When I first got this phone my battery life was pretty bad too. After a few cycles, custom rom and kernel, it is awesome.

I normally get over 24 hrs with close to 3 hrs screen on time, some texting and calling, a bit of Pandora streaming.
With heavy use i get about 12 to 14 hrs (about ⁴+ hrs screen on time. This is all with the original battery.

EBay app doesn't drain here either.
Install better battery stats and find out what is really causing it.

Battery issues

The last couple days.. My phone has been acting up when it comes to battery life. First, it charged up to 49% and then got really hot and didn't charge past 48% until I unplug it and shoot it gown?
Second, my phone charged up to 100% so I unplugged it when o woke up in the middle of the night. When I woke up this morning.... It was hot and at 30%. This was only 3 hours. I'm stock rooted... I think it was the YouTube app but idk.

Ok so...I meant "cool it down". I was half sleep when I posted this. But nonetheless, ever since the YouTube app started acting up and FC'ing and stuff, my phone has been acting up. I uninstalled the latest update and I'll let you guys know what happens unless you have an idea now.

What kernel are you using?
Make sure eco mode is on and mp is off

It could be the youtube app, sometimes apps do act up and will continue running/draining your battery. Do you use wakelock detector? It will show you want is running and keeping your cpu from sleeping. If youtube is the culprit - download greenify and force it to hibernate when not in use. Wakelock detector and greenify are both free apps you can find in the play store.
If that doesn't work it may be a hardware issue or kernel issue(as stated above). But checking your wakelocks and controlling them with greenify should be your first step.
