Cool, what do you like about the Launcher?
If it's the slide effect you like, you will find it in several different launchers these days. Im pretty sure ADW and Apex launcher has them. Maybe even GoLauncher?
The rest is just a live wallpaper and icon setup
Edit: OOPs... a wallpaper and a widget. I don't know how he got it on the lock screen though.

How are you guys getting icons up where the Desktop indicator is?

Sense widgets only work on the Sense launcher. It's the same on every HTC phone with Sense.

I'm not sure if it's compatible with ICS but there's an called Colorize that has a paid feature called "Timeline" which is similar to Friendstream (All of your social media updates on one widget, at least I think)
The closest thing I've seen is Android Pro Widgets. Check it out on the Market-- there's a fully-featured free version. I'm using it now with Nova Launcher (on different phone though) with no problems.

I am trying to find a launcher with no desktop grid, so i can place apps anywhere i want. And also to have stackable widgets, so i can place apps over widgets, but im not having any luck. So i came here to the pros in hopes that someone knew of a launcher that has both of those features in 1. I love customizing my phone
Edit: I forgot to mention that the launcher should also support custom icon packs!

Yeah, just use a different launcher like Nova. That issue is annoying. If you want like the at a glance widget, just use the Chronus app or Another Widget app

BTW there was a bug with that but if you do change wallpapers a couple times itll work fine. I personally dont like nova because it looks different than pixel. the icons look weird or small or something
I was able to match the look of my pixel launcher with action launcher actually. It has a built-in at a glance widget and if you scale the icons to about 85 percent on action it matches it nearly exact.
