Sounds like a boot loop. What were you doing before you rebooted? Can you please give more detail on your situation.

I was trying to install a new font for my kindle fire, once I rebooted my kindle fire it was stuck at the kindle fire orange splash screen.

I was able to resolve the issue by forcing a new install of the packages.

[Q] Kindle Fire HD 7" Boot issue

This is my 1st time asking for help since I really have never needed it. I got a kindle fire HD 7" and rooted it. I added TWRP and a 2nd bootloader. For a long time I was stuck in TWRP and every time I tried to reboot it would just go back to TWRP. This morning I tried using the Kindle fire utility and selected option one. It seemed like it worked. I then rebooted and now I am stuck on the Kindle Fire boot screen. It shows Kindle fire on the screen, goes black for a few seconds, then back to the kindle fire, then goes black again. It keeps doing this over and over again. I am not able to get back into TWRP now. I am not sure what to do at this point. I have read just about every thread out there and cannot find a similar situation to mine. Any guidence would be appreciated.
Please disregard this quesiton. I put it in the incorrect thread. Sorry. I can't figure out how to delete the thread.

Any Way To Fix This?

Hey!
So, I found my kindle fire that I lost about a year ago. I remember that I had tried to install OtterX through TWRP (*shrugs*), and that I had no OS installed at the time. So now whenever I try to boot it up it shows "kindle fire" in text and nothing ever happens (no OS to boot to), but there are no recovery options to boot into TWRP or anything. I forget pretty much everything about the Kindle Fire, so noob friendly help would be appreciated! Anything I can do to fix this?
Thanks
