Hey guys, I just bought new Xperia ion from ebay(at&t with no contract)
and I want to sim-unlock it
1- is there anyway to unlock it for free?
2- there's some websites to unlock it:
1-http://cellunlocker.net/ (guaranteed working/ 40$ )
2-http://www.superunlockcodes.com/att-unlocking-service/rs12wp10/ (i dont know if its real/ very cheap.. only 13$)
3-http://www.unlock-zone.com/unlock-your-phone/rs5wp2/ (i dont know if its real/ cheap.. only 17$)

Hi Guys, please! I spend 30$ trying to obtain samsung Omnia i900 unlock code, but the code bought NOT WORK, I think that all this unlock websites are a FRAUD (inclusive using PAYPAL), please could help me to obtain the code for my phone without fall in the hands of any fake unlock website...or can recommend someone that will be work.

Hi all im new to the xperia arc but been on this site a loooong time ago with my touch hd
I have a couple of questions about the arc , im getting a locked (i think) from o2 would most market stalls and shops that do unlocking be able to do this ? the reason im wondering is i remember when i had a nokia n95 and wasnt able to unlock it so i dont really want to be in that situation again.
2. what do you think of the screen comparing to the galaxy s 2 ? iv seen a few reviews and most are quite favourable but im interested in real user feedback

TBH, you're better off requesting the unlock code from your provider. I had my x10 on contract from three, decided to change to payg but a local shop advised £37 to unlock, whereas with three it cost £15...

yeah i thought about asking o2 but as it is a new contract i thought you have to wait maybe 6-12 months before they would allow it , il give it a go anyway

As you guess is network locked to that operator.

From everything I have read, you have to pay for the service. I think Alejandro or someone with a similar name on XDA has the ability to help with this. If you are able to find something different, I would like to know too!.

I'm thinking of selling my Xperia play.
It has an unlocked bootloader so it can be useful to developers and people who have locked bootloaders.
The bad thing about it is that it has a small chip in the screen.
