New build up!
v1.0.1: Changelog

New build up! Now with odexed and deodexed builds!

Hey guys, I know it's been a while since I've posted an update, but here I am, just letting you know I'm still here! I was planning on having a build out here these past few days, but my main drive in my build server failed . I'm working on getting it back up and running, but it might be a few more days before I can get it working again. I will have a build up here as soon as possible, and thanks for hanging in there guys!

Version 1.1.0 has been released. Changelog is as follows:
### 1.1.0
* common: update to android-4.2.2_r1.2
* SoMeX: add dictionaries and gesture keyboard support (CM)
* common: add PrivacyGuard support (incognito mode) (cyanogen)
* settings: add PrivacyGuard manager (slimroms)
* common: add SMS Security support (lithid)
* phone/contacts: add T9 dialer and landscape dialer functionality
* phone: Make going to call log after call optional (CM)
* libcore: patch BOTH master-key security exploits! (AOSP)
* phone: add transparency to incall screen (fitsnugly)
Deodexed builds are up, odexed will follow later today.
Just an extra note, you should no longer need to use the modified gapps I provided for gesture keyboard, you can use the official gapps now. Link is in OP.

Hey man can't wait to check this out. Do you think you could attach the libjni_latinime.so from /system/lib/ that's working for Android's built-in swipe? I got a big collection of them but just wanted to check which one's worked for your ROM. I think this would be useful for people who like to use a custom gapps or no gapps at all (like me). Just gotta make sure to 'chown double-O chmod 0644 it. Thanks for thebrelease and changelog!!

Hey, that actually isn't how I enabled the gesture support. The file you are talking about is present in the official gapps (link in the OP).
I had to add dictionaries and an extra overlay file. The commit is here: https://github.com/SomethingExplosi...mmit/f8931aa078e5b97430e882bacb74b7cc9e2debf1

Thanks man! I should have a 4.3 toro build up here soon
Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 4 Beta

Hey guys, 4.3 builds are up! Test em out and let me know how they run! I tested a bit and it seems to be pretty stable, let me know if there are any issues.
The gapps have been updated for 4.3, so you need the new package (updated in OP) to flash with this zip.
Also, Google's dialpad autocomplete has replaced the CM T9 dialer, and will need to be turned on in the Phone settings if you want to use it (it's off by default).

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think the MIUI toolbox is exclusively for official MIUI releases only.......since this is an unofficial build, then is not included and can't be included
BUT I am human, so I might be wrong about that so if I am then I am hahahaha

Hes correct MIUI toolbox is only available in Official MIUI.us roms. This is MIUI android and they have a JB control panel. It might not have as many tweaks but it gets the job done:good:

One quick question: I use the group MMS feature in CM with my iPhone daughters. Is there a way to get that option with MIUI?

* Optimized every image, yet again!
Installation:
1: Make a backup! (never hurts, ever)
2: Either wipe everything manually, or flash the ROM directly. SuperWipe is already integrated into the install zip (SuperWipe thread LINK)
3: Flash the ROM
4: Reboot and WAIT....
Recommendations:
When you reboot for the first time after flashing the ROM, it may take anywhere from 30 seconds to 10 minutes to boot up. Dont be alarmed! Just wait patiently. All my testers have been successful in booting this up, even though their bootup times varied quite a bit. Just let it sit.
Also, when you get into the ROM, and get stuff set up, let it SETTLE for a bit. Scripts have to run, and things need to install. It will be choppy at first, but a few minutes of use will smooth is out. After that, even after a reboot, it will be smooth right from boot up!

ChevyCam94, do you plan to release any Toroplus build? I'll help test with an idle toroplus I got lying around. I asked Prime Directive the same thing but haven't heard. I know Vanir v4 has a Toroplus build but I wouldn't mind the extra butter from Steel Droid or Atom..
25 minutes after the rom was still boot to setup screen. I think there are problems.

RootBox Description
Vanilla RootBox is built straight from RootBox sources and always carries a very light installation with no extra/useless apps. This means, you can enjoy a pure Android experience combined with AOKP/CM features and some CM cherry-picks. Keep in mind Jelly Bean is only at the beginning stage of development and there will be minor bugs. Every RootBox releases are stable and always up to the challenge for a daily usage. I personally have a high standard when it comes to releases and this is why this project always meets the expectations of users. If you're wondering how this ROM differs from any other AOKP roms out there, I only have one thing to say: Try it yourself and choose the one that meets your requirements.

For anyone flashing, make sure you go into settings and change your network to LTE/CDMA. Default is incorrect.

After you change the setting for LTE you should reboot then it should be fine. This used to happen in older cm builds.

If you can change DPI per app, wouldn't we need a gapps similar to pa-gapps? I was under the impression that pa-gapps were different from the normal gapps because it includes the different versions of the apps (like phone, phablet, and tablet UIs of say, gmail)

I've not been able to change any app's DPI or ui. I installed the framework, then changed the settings, when rebooted after changing the settings, and no dice.
I love this ROM already though. And it's potential makes me love it even more

Did you enable the settings module?
Of you open xposed installer and click modules is the xposed app settings module ticked? I'd not tick it and reboot

Is there any problem updating to the latest xposed with it being integrated into the ROM?

Erm good question - When I build tonight I will let you know the answer! If not I'll check for updates to xposed before building as I think they are just prebuilt APK's added into the zip with an intent in the settings menu

You sir are a good man, thank you!
Hi Guys ermm bad new I'm afraid.
Just tried to build but as Rootbox uses external sources for some apps e.g. DeskClock from CM which is already upgraded to 4.2.2 (new SDK version) I can't build things yet. Sorry guys will have to wait until 4.2.2 is merged.
I'll of course update you as soon as it is!

I'd greatly appreciate it. If I can get a monthly donation income of at least 8$ USD a month, I can link it to my PayPal, so no money has to come out of my pocket. If I can get a significantly larger income of 8$ USD a month, that could open up opportunities for dedicated servers, or improvements throughout the site including things like: Better download speeds, more FTP users, etc.

Hope you guys enjoy and of course clean flash is recommended!
Everyone who is going to flash this: before flashing read the OP!
Booting it up right now, I can't wait to see how it feels, even if it is pre-pre-pre-release.
First thing on boot
"android.process.media" force closed, is it normal?
After the initial FCs, it seems to be running pretty nice.
curious as to how this goes!

Ok, cool!
I dirty flashed this over stock JB 4.3 (wipe cache and dalvik cache)
Because there is a force closes:
android.process.media
Seems like Browser isn't working, but Chrome works perfectly.
Those minor issues should be fixed soon by the CM guys..
I update this ROM so long until the first nightly is out!

Themes doesn't work yet, Settings will force close when you press it, but that doesn't mind me because I don't use themes on my Nexus.
Gotta update this ROM later again

[ROM][UNOFFICIAL][4.4.3][D2ATT/D2LTE] Omni Rom for all D2s [Multi-window][OpenDelta]

[ROM][UNOFFICIAL][4.4.3][D2ATT/D2LTE] Omni Rom for all D2s [Multi-window][OpenDelta]
There will now be one unified zip to satisfy all D2 variants (D2LTE).
Please flash this latest zip which incorporates this new build as well as setting you up for the custom opendelta system updates.
- New single unified build for all D2 variants (d2vzw, d2att, etc.).
- The opendelta system will be used from this zip forward.
- Thanks to @androidsftw for the help on this one!
Enjoy!
##############################
This is an unofficial build of Omni Rom based on KitKit 4.4.3. There is no official support for the d2 variants. Props to androidsftw for picking apart what was needed for our d2s.
I am not the dev of this rom, all I did was add in necessary device/vendor/d2 files for d2. This is not a port, everything has been built from source.
As with all things root, I am not responsible for anything that happens while flashing this rom. You take responsibility for your actions. Nandroid is your friend.

Downloads:
Omni Rom - DroidHype Roms
GAPPS 4.4.3 - PA 0-day
SuperSU - Chainfire
Kernel (optional) - BMS
Omni Source = http://omnirom.org/source-code/
----------------------------------
HOW TO INSTALL
Installing for the first time?
Grab the newest full zip from the D2LTE directory.
For future updates, just go to Settings -> System Updates and let the magic happen.
1. Factory Data reset
2. Wipe System/Data/Dalvik/Cache
3. Install ROM zip from Sdcard
4. Install GAPPS zip from Sdcard
5. Install SuperSU from Sdcard
6. Reboot to home screen to confirm good flash
7. (Optional) Reboot to recovery and flash kernel
TO USE DELTAS, YOU HAVE TO USE TWRP OR PHILZ RECOVERY. CWM WILL NOT WORK BECAUSE IT DISABLES SCRIPTING CAPABILITIES BY DEFAULT. If there's anything that you want the updater to flash automatically after it flashes your update, put the file(s) in the FlashAfterUpdate directory inside your Opendelta folder in your internal storage.
If you run into issues flashing, make sure you are using Latest TWRP or CWM.
Join the BMS G+ Communitywhich will have quicker release info in the future for all things BMS and roms.
Enjoy! :highfive:

Bug reports:
You tell us!
Quick note, please keep this thread clean and please help each other out. We can not incorporate major fixes being that this is omni source and not built by us. If you find a fix or workaround please share and I will try to get it on the op or pm me if I don't see it. Please DO NOT bring up the whole cyanogen vs omni debate in here. Your opinions are your own and please keep it that way or make your own thread for that debate. By no means does this mean GideonX or I sway to one side or the other. We are just flashing roms like the rest of you guys.
Please have fun flashing and be careful. We are here to have fun and work together on making this phone as crazy awesome as we can get it. Thanks in advance.
I'll give it a shot! Thank u you!

No bugs that I have found. If anyone reports any I will put then in the op. I haven't tested it long. I also don't use Netflix and stuff like that. So far it's smooth and stable.

New update is available. Sorry there won't be any changelogs unless GideonX gives me one or see's something to note. Like I said we are just syncing and uploading. I know this update has some manifest adjustments. While GideonX was building the rom he had to add in some stuff to make it run and the actual manifests that were needed are now from Omni. Enjoy.
I love this ROM on my N7 thanks for bringing it to the s3 if it gets battery life comparable to Pwn's I'm in....
