mobiletechvideos.com is the only place I'd recommend to anyone. Fast service and awesome turn around time.
Of course, it would be worth your time to make sure your device is actually hard-bricked first... might as well ask around here first to see if your device can be recovered by other means before sending it off somewhere.

Warranty
It took about a month total. .. First time I sent it in they sent it back after two weeks and it all had the same problem. Second time took about two weeks even tjough I had overnite shipping. The 2nd time they replaced the motherboard. Now everything works great ! So its a pain in the ass but its worth it

You get paid up to .03$ an hour. A maximum of .72 a day if you where up 24 hours a day. Im thinking not too worth it.
