I try to use the search option.... And well nothing came up. I not a pro at java or theming, please help me with this.... A CWM flashable

Have you tried the UOT Kitchen, they have some stock batteries and others you may like... You'll need to upload your framework-res.apk.

If you don't wanna do that, you can find the icons you want and replace them in the framework-res.apk with 7zip yourself.
EDIT: I don't think the UOT Kitchen has the Gingerbread battery icons from what I can tell. You may need to pull them from another ROM that is using them, and then put them into your framework-res.apk with 7zip then...
i having some problem here.. flashed custom rom.. the samsungIME come with the rom dont have chinese input..
so i downloaded my region stock rom(ASIA)..
the question now is.. the rom im using is deodex rom.. so can i just copy the samsungIME.apk(region stock rom) and replace into the rom i current using? or i need to deodex the apk file?? please advice... if need to deodex.. and how to deodex...

The .apk in system/apps folder.
I have taken out "bloatware" in ROMs myself, just apps that i won't use. I also add apps to that folder before I install the ROM. You should be good to go to add in any .apk, but as for removal, be careful lol.
Worse comes to worse, make a nandroid and no harm no foul!

HOW-TO
- Download SystemUi.apk
- Transfer it to /sdcard
- Using some root explorer like Root Browser (free), replace SystemUI.apk downloaded (which is in sdcard) in system/app and give proper permissions
- Reboot
- Enjoy!

Tried replacing the SystemUI.apk (and removing the .odex file) but it simply broke and failed to run.

Using your file manager long press the apk and give permissions.
I use root explorer which is a paid app but gets everything done easily

...but I'm having issues installing the required java & android sdk files to my PC so I'm unsuccessful when trying to decompile the SystemUI.apk. Has anyone done that mod to a TW 4.1.2 ROM (Im on JMTJB v6 btw). If so think you could share the edited xml file(s) or the SystemUI apk? I also posted a link of my SystemUI.apk to see if anyone is willing to edit the needed xml files. Just name your price Thx ahead.

Thank you...but as you see (and I stated on the o.p.) I have problems with my old-ass pc and I can't get the necessary files installed for me to decompile any apk. I have tried and tried but it just won't do it and I'm left unable to decompile crap. I know EXACTLY what I need to do but I CAN'T DECOMPILE the SystemUI.apk to do it. . That's the reason I'm asking if someone (that knows how to decompile, edit the status_bar.xml & tw_status_bar.xml, & compile again) could hook me up...and of course I'm willing to pay for their time.

For LGSystemUI.apk deodexed and LGHome3.apk deodexed no problem if u have odex system, just copy and replace app to your System apps and delete odex file. But android.policy.jar deodexed will not work if u have odex framework files,, all u need to have is deodexed framework files or moded android.policy.jar which is odex,
i moved the odex files, now the phone won't get past the LG logo :'( :'(

Yes...and a nuclear war is coming....just use kdz updater if don't know how to use adb sideload...
