Interested...I have a Nexus 4 and HTC One S currently active on 3 different forums for mobile devices.

Do you have NEXUS 7 cases???

Nexus 4, Nexus 7, Nexus 10, Galaxy Nexus.

I can test the product on a Note 2. I'm very particular about cases and would be quite honest with a review .

Make a nexus 4 case, then we'll talk

I've got (2) GS3's (1 work and 1 personal), and I do not baby any of my devices. They're in and out of my pockets all day long. One of them gets dropped at least once a day. And no, I've never broken or scratched up either one if them.
I'll test one for you, and give you a brutally honest non-sugar coated review.

I would love the opportunity to review Trident products! I happen to work in the construction industry, no better place for your rugged products.

We make an Aegis case for the Nexus 7, it's our 1st "Made in the USA" case...would you be interested in that one? http://www.tridentcase.com/shop-products/google-nexus-7/aegis-case-google-nexus-7.aspx

I have a Samgung G S III, and carry the phone in the front pocket of my jeans.Currently using a dual layer Acase (based on recommendation on XDA of course!)

I have a youtube channel with a few subscribers. I could do a video review. I use a Galaxy Nexus primarily. Have an Xperia Play on the side for games.

I wouldn't say kids honestly.
It's great for kids but the GUI is really just meant for those who want it way too simple.

Its also great for babies and orangutans too. I've seen them use it on youtube.
I love everything about my gnex...but the iPhone build quality and sleek brushed metal appearance is unparalleled by any android phone imho
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Xparent Blue Tapatalk 2
Build quality? They can't even handle a few drops without being permanently broken..
maybe i should make a company that would take your current android phone and convert it to aluminum body with aluminum back cover!
Would you pay me $150 for that kinda service?
I don't need to thank a fictitious character.
But, I'm glad I got a nexus for the bug free aosp roms.
good day
Lol apple will forever play catch up #teamandroid !!!!!!!!!

My Gnex would eat the iPhone 5 and $**t microchips!!! IMO

To be honest I bough the GN because of the large screen... my old iPhone was just too small for my hands. Now with the iPhone 5's bigger screen I guess I'll have to see how much the extra screen real estate makes a difference, I doubt much as far as typing goes though due to the same width!
Because it means l'm not easily fooled by bull**** products.

I traded my Epic Touch for this phone. Mainly for the pure Google greatness that is the Nexus Project. I got sick of having a phone that I had to mod out of the box to be mildly satisfied with. Having a phone that starts with AOSP is a wonderful thing. As for the iPhone. I will never knowingly buy an apple product. I try to stay as informed as I can and by doing that I just cannot buy a product from a company I truly hate. After having this phone for a few weeks I can say this. As long as Samsung makes the nexus. I will never buy a non nexus phone again.

The worse battery life...
The iphone 5 has a stupid aspect ratio on the screen. They also kept the width the same while increasing the length LOL? Viewing pictures on it must be odd..I can care less about the A6 processor and the new camera.
According to apple my gnex is already essentially an iPhone except without the locked down iOS, that the sheeple seem to love.

I was about to go back to iOS cause android phones other than Gnex's are bad. Happy I bought this phone but other Android phones aren't that superior to iOS IMO.

Trade Nexus 4 for you Galaxy Nexus (GSM)

Anyone looking to trade there flawless Galaxy Nexus for a Like new Nexus 4 with 2 cases? The plastic is still on the front and back
Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda app-developers app
I would if I wasnt on Verizon. Obviously, I can't but others might want to know too...whats the catch? Why would you trade a Nexus 4 for a Galaxy Nexus?
What's the catch?
I have the standard GSM Google / Samsung Galaxy nexus, but it isn't in a case and has a few scratches but otherwise no worse for the wear.
Why would you want to trade? What's the catch?

[Q] New Nexus or Asus MeMo HD 7 ???

Looks like the new MeMo Pad HD 7 will be available for sale in the US at Gamestop on August 8th.
Gamestop - Asus MeMo Pad HD 7
Anyone going to pick this up instead of a new N7???
Nope. Nexus. That. Is. All.
Well, it's not replacing my n7. But for $50 less than an n7. Someone might be interested. It's certainly better than the $100 tablets @ Big Lots.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-T989 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
Staples has a 32gb Nexus 7 this weekend for like $185. From what I know about the Memo, the Nexus is the way to go.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda premium
Memo sucks. Has a no name chip running on an older ARM architecture. The N7 is better already, let alone the New Nexus.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda premium
SoC in HD 7 is quad core but it's quad arm a7 made by Mediatek, even worst than current Nexus 7.

New Nexus for the win :good:
For 70 dollars less for the 16G version, it's a souped up version of last year's Nexus 7. Basically older N7 with better battery life, better screen (not resolution), additional camera, microSD, stereo speakers, but runs slightly slower. I'm very tempted but will wait until CM10 is ported over to it.
I don't intend to ever buy another non-Nexus Android device. Just my opinion, but the developer communities are so much better for Nexus devices, along with fast updates, true Android experience, etc.
I ended up buying a new N7 this morning - I just couldn't help myself.
Though for only $150 the Memo HD 7 still looks like a hell of a bargain for the features it offers.

No it isn't. It is a piece of junk from what I've read. Great tab for a child or wife to serve a single purpose but not as a daily driver. The oddball SoC is not very good.

Nexus because of the screen
Besides it's processor, what else concerns me are the edges of the Memo Pad 7 HD. Apparently where the back and front halves meet along the edges the back half plastic is 1cm wider making a sharp edge on the sides that dig into your fingers. Reviewers complain about this being uncomfortable.
I learned a long time ago (well 2 and a half years to be exact) that Nexus is the only way to go.
Yea my Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 was stuck at gingerbread. It recently got CM10 and barely. My only non nexus phone was a LG G2x, nuff said.
You work so hard trying to make it into a "nexus" that you just set yourself up for failure.

Just bought nexus 7, questions?

I went to best buy to exchanged my Sammy tab 3 for this. Love pure Google aosp. I was very disappointed best buy doesn't have cover cases for it yet. Never owned first generation nexus.
Now here the question after searching on eBay and amazon.
The nexus 7 2, will it able to fit right into first generation case? I don't want to buy first generation case online that doesn't fit 2 gen device. Will this do?
Thanks

No it will not.
No it won't. Have a look:
