Can it be changed? Afects the funcionality of the screen? Like on samsung galaxy screens?(this one cant be removed ...)

Hi. I was on 4.3 and 4.4 ROM and decided to back on CNA 4.1.1 and there are issues with the apps verification.
All my purchased app comes from Google Play. Never have any issues on other ROM before.
With CNA I have these messages :

Scroll to the bottom of the Original/First post and go to the download link. From there you can look for and find the multirom recovery for the 5X.
