Help flashing rom

Hi everyone i need help flashing a rom ..this is my problem when i go to cwm and hit install zip it wont show me the rom i just download from xda it show me a blank folder with nothing inside please help thanx every one and sorry about my english

Yes next time please post in q & a but to help u are downloading a zip file and not a tar file correct? Also r u putting the rom on the sd card or internal storage?

do i have to have ff18 ics on phone already before i oneclick root before i root my phone using this

And the answer to your question is no. You go into download mode for Odin.

Trouble flashing new roms?

I've downloaded a few different roms to flash. but everyone I try to flash fails. Doesn't matter the Rom. I always do a fresh install of the Rom. But it just instant fails. Anyone have any idea?

Build.prop upload for kitchen support

Can someone please upload the build prop from their device so I can add support for the dsixda's kitchen. That way I dont have to download 1.5GB just fi I file so tiny. Thanks....

It is included in that zip file. Are you asking how to extract it out of there?

I tried to install apk bot says "App not installed"?
do I need to install the "Meta-Inf" file too

I am not a developer but if my understanding is correct the meta-inf is the file used to check the apk file and make sure it has not been corrupted or tampered with before install. You may need to review that file or ask someone more knowledgeable.
