Good catch. Think they added that in sense 5. I don't think that option is available previously.

You can't do that with all Sense 5.0 based ROMs, so JMZ's app is still useful
Notice how you can't disable it.....

Little OT...
Not sure if it's root required or not, but on OneX+ sense 4+, can be disabled from app info also...
Jmz thanks for the app too

I don't want my battery symbol to change or if it did it would have to only show the percentage of power on it. :s
all the mods I can find in that forum change the battery icon thing.
Download Widgetsoid from the market.
It has more options than you could probably dream of, and if you look carefully through the options when you create a new widget, you will see that you can choose to have the widget in the notification bar in addition of having it on your home, or to have the widget in the notification bar only
Looks cool. Wonder what the battery drain is like compared to the others.

I use Quick Settings from the market. It does everything I need and more. It stays in the notification bar, I click it, and get acess to all I need. I also use battery minder to show 1% step battery icon in the top bar. It shows up in the notification bar too.

I use only the switcher types, and I don't notice any battery drain
Indicator types (such as battery indicator) could expectedly drain some battery though, but I don't use them.

1st widget: Wifi on/off -- Bluetooth on/off -- GPS on/off -- Set brightness (with cutomizable levels)
2nd widget: Set ring mode -- Volume levels -- Mount/unmount sd -- Reboot (with the option to have a pop-up menu with turn off / normal reboot / hot reboot / recovery / bootloader)
You can decide how many switches you want on each widget, and there are MANY more available
And for each widget, you can decide if you want it on your home, or in your notification bar, or both

Having all my necessary toggles available right in the notification bar. No menu work, no power-draining widgets, just sheer convenience. Is there any way to do that without CM7 or any other rooted ROM? I do know about this:
https://market.android.com/details?id=de.j4velin.notificationToggle&hl=en
But, on my phone, it only brings up menu work instead of just immediately activating the function.
Yes there is a way check out the arc themes and app section its in there buddy made it for multiple firmwares and it looks really good too!

I use this app but not the all-in-one part of it - so have each toggle listed as separate line - they work straight away without going into any menus. Hope it helps

guys its just a simple app that enable the battery percentage in settings , for changing the colors of text we have to edit it in system UI , this app is specially made for non root users to enable battery percentage.

It's impossible: the app simply enables/disables a hidden switch in Android, there's no way to force a specific color.
Hi,

This is weird, because it works fine here with Apex Launcher. Maybe a conflicting setting in Nova Launcher.
There's nothing to « fix » in this app, as it simply enables/disables a system switch. It's as if your light bulb broke down and you asked to fix the finger that activates the switch

Thanks bud.
Does it help with that green notification light? So freaking bright!

Nope, no control for that yet. But you can add qs, can't arrange them, lots of long press options. Without custom rims with fine control, this is best option. Could go viper at this point
Yea, I miss editing the Quick Settings since I don't use Calculator/Location/Do not Disturb.
Auto-rotate I set to on and control from whatever program I happen to use which has the option.
I hope they change it so you can add/remove quick settings soon.
A little off topic, but how do I fix this with Gravity Box? I'd prefer not having a straight line of QS.

I think it has to do with how you reorder your QS.

So basically, you can't put anything above WiFi and BT, or you'll get distorted QS.

Install system ui tuner and a toggle should become available.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zacharee1.systemuituner
Drag down notification drawer and press and hold settings gear to activate buitin UI tuner, the app I linked adds more options to the stock UI tuner. Then edit your toggles and you should find a toggle for night mode.

The z2 force has night mode built in. If you follow my other post you'll get a toggle like in this screenshot. The description in the play store for that app also has instructions.
