Hello ...everyone
First, I happy to share music player that has long been famous in the world of music lovers. yes, this is a Walkman that was born around the year 1979.
This Walkman application extracted from Xperia S for v1, Xperia GX/T for v2, Xperia V for v3 until v4.1, Xperia Z for v4.2, and from Xperia Z1/ZU for v4.6, 4.7 and 5.0. we try to porting and modding. and finally, this is the first time that the Walkman can be run on other device with clear audio equalizer and other settings. So now you can enjoy it without the device Xperia ....
This Walkman supports all android devices that use ROM CM9/CM10 and the like as MIUI ICS / JB, AOKP, Paranoid Android, and other names that use ROM ICS / JB, and Stock JB Official ICS 4.0.4 and 4.1.2 - 4.1. 1 (for Stock Offical, recommended is deodexed).
Also running on MDPI, HDPI, and XHDPI device. Maybe in LDPI, but I did not test it

- Clear Audio Equalizer (Soundenhancement) stiil not work on some device with TouchWiz ROM, But has confirmed this WALKMAN on Galaxy S III and Galaxy S III mini with TouchWiz ROM is work perfectly

After finished editing the build.prop , then go into CWM Recovery,
- Wipe cache and wipe Dalvik cache
- Then install WALKMAN.zip
- Reboot recovery
- Wipe cache and wipe Dalvik cache
- Install Album_Movie_BE2.zip (Optional if you want to install it or not)
- Wipe cache and wipe Dalvik cache
- Reboot system now ... and enjoy
ATTENTION :
1. BACKUP YOUR ROM BEFORE ANY FLASHING
2.Update Walkman 4.5 ONLY for Jelly Bean ROM 4.1.2 - 4.2.2 Like CM10/AOKP JB/AOSP JB/MIUI JB/Paranoid Android JB/other name with JB ROM and Stock Official JB 4.1.2 - 4.2.2 (Deodexed is recommended)
3. Update Walkman v4.2 and JB new album, movie and BE2 ONLY for Jelly Bean ROM 4.1.2 - 4.2.2 Like CM10/CM10.1/AOKP JB/AOSP JB/MIUI JB/Paranoid Android JB/other name with JB ROM and Stock Official JB 4.1.2 - 4.2.2 (Deodexed is recommended)
4. Don't Install v4.2 up on any ICS ROM/CM9, because is not supported. But for ICS/CM9 ROM just use WALKMAN v4.1/4.1.4, i think is perfect on CM9/ICS ROM.
5. For CM10/JB ROM, After Installing Update v4.0 or v4.1, Please delete semcmetadatacleanup.apk on WALKMAN.zip before install or if you already installed, just delete on system/app using root explorer, because it will be FC, because Edit Music Info currently working on CM9 only. (Fixed on v4.6 for any JB ROM)
6. Any version requires (Slim version) 30 MB - 45 MB and (Plus version / with album, movie) 50 MB to 70 MB free space on System ROM (Not Internal Memory)
TIPS AND TRICK TO USE THIS WALKMAN :​
Slightly tips from me how to use, or optimize this WALKMAN app for sounded better and the maximum by default.
1. Don't combine with other or any sound mod, "except not clash and produce better sound"
2. Delete other equalizer like DSP manager + lib DSP on system/lib/soundfx with name "libcyanogen-dsp.so"
3. High quality earphones or headphones, for example : "at least" use Sennheiser CX 200 (I use this for amateur audiophile like me: D) or a comparable and higher
4. Use high quality music files, for example : "at least" use mp3 file with 192 kbps and sample rate with 44,100 kHz
Setting Sound Enhancement/Clear Audio Equalizer :
A. Use manual setting.... see screenshot :
- Clear Bass + 10
- Bass - 6
- Treble + 6
- maid treble - 2
**If the earphones is different, these settings are different too .. suit your taste
B. Use other setting :
- Checklist Clear Stereo
- Checklist Dynamic Normalizer
- Use Studio setting of surround sound (VPT) :
- Use or checklist Clear Audio+ (plus) If you play the song bass is too much, it came out more balanced sound and clarity
NOTE :
This is just the opinion of my ears, and the sound character that I like, so feel free to specify your tastes ranging from music players, earphones until music files for experience the best music

Really? okay, you try to extract walkman.apk Xperia V style, open lib folder:
lib/armeabi-V7A/libalbumframework.so, now take libalbumframework.so and push to system/lib using root explorer, set permissions to rw-r--r-- or

I also really love the music, and about edit music information not working. because there was no source Xperia phone, so not active, hopefully the future could work well

Resurrection Remix the ROM is based on AOKP and original Remix ROM builds, this create an awesome combination of performance, customization, power and the most new features.
1. Reboot to Recovery.
2. Make a NANDROID BACKUP first
3. Before install wipe data & factory reset is recommented
4. Select the ROM zip from your SD Card and flash
5. Go to Advanced -> Fix Permissions > Reboot Recovery
6. After the Recovery restarts, Wipe Cache .

And look at these mods! We can customize everything! Yes, I say EVERYTHING!
I don't like the AOKP boot animation (don't like unicorns this much) so I have the option to don't load it when the phone boots.
In the Settings menu we can manage init.d scripts too...

Owww man... It was so good to be truth :/
It's not updating any of my installed apps neighter installing new. And when I first tried to cancel the reinstallation of all my apps and clicked on 'update' the Play Store FC.

As you can see, the bug is you can't download or update apps from playstore, same bugs as aokp compiled by bzs.

No offence, but the features you have added can be easily added from Android apps and theme section, there's a flurry of xperia apps.. For e.g
Xperia z launcher and widgets by thilinaC.. This also works on 4.2 ..
For notes app, track id app, flash krab's extra apps from theme section..
For album, use pimp my ROM..
Xperia keyboard leaks work in any android version..

Original Thread :
Description : This is an OpenSEMC build based on RaymanFX's
standard OpenSEMC built off from the CM 10.1 tree. It's basically the same
as OpenSEMC RC2, so it has the same features - and also problems - as RC2,
except where otherwise explicitly stated below.
The idea behind this build is to give the OpenSEMC-CM 10.1 builds a better "closure",
by trying to fix the most glaring and long standing bugs that were left on RC2, so that
those that (like me) aren't ready to jump into the alphas of CM 10.2, and prefer using
a more stable ROM for the time being can have a safe haven, until CM 10.2
(and then CM 10.3, I suppose) are stabilized...
Because of that, don't expect updates to this ROM - since it's meant as a
"closure" of the CM 10.1 builds, I don't intend to update or add new features
to this ROM. Maybe I'll provide bugfixes if they are relevant enough and easy
enough to do. Then again, the source is posted on Github (link on the downloads section),
so if you've got an itch to scratch, feel free to poke at it, and I'll be happy to merge back
any changes you send my way.
Features : Kernel based on Kernel755 from @someone755, version R3, with the following changes:
Built with the Linaro toolchain
Merged Sony's 6.2.B.1.96 sources, and hence bringing the fix to the Vol+ bug and some tweaks to memory management
Added sakuractive governor
Removed some non-working / buggy governors
Disabled CPU overclock (GPU Scaling left enabled though)
Hangouts mute Mic fixed (also fixes some VOIP softphones that haven't worked since RC1, like CSIPSimple)
Updated blobs = lagless 1080P videos.
Sync'd with latest CM sources (as of Nov 1st, 2013).

Just wanted to show the JB Roms because there is a Thread for ICS Roms allready

Add OpenSEMC cm 10.1 RC-2 this is almost rock stable ROM by RaymanFX.
Add Xperia Nexus - its worth a try,it also has the kitkat launcher integrated and much more feature.Most important its the most debloated stock ROM has more free RAM.
And the OpenSEMC cm 10.2 has now alpha 2 version with camera fix but has landscape video playback and video recording issues.
You have done a good job on making this thread. Your effort is appreciated.

The reason for beign CM based and not stock based is because we have not being able to port the Xperia functions the ROM includes to stock firmware. However stability is decent.

Bugs:
It is very important to take this into account:
Only use 3x3 pattern.
When battery saver is on it get a little laggy. Solution: reboot.
To take into account:
To use Xperia cameras, go to widgets and place "Cameras" widget, then you can open all cameras.
You can change lockscreen clock by pressing it for a while.
To activate lockscreen particle effect you must use the Xperia live wallpaper.
CM themes are still working. You can look for xperia adapted ones.
Small apps are in the recent apps screen.
How to use Xperia Camera:
To use Xperia Camera open it from lockscreen shorcut. Please remember it is a beta feature.
Default mode is SA (Superior Auto). Once you go to other mode and then try to get back to SA camera crashes.
To take front/back photos or record video use SA (SA settings doesn't work).
To take only back photos, with your own setttings, use Manual mode.
Please do not bother reporting Xperia Camera issues. We know them but it works and is great!
Installation:
1- Download and place in sdcard the ROM.
2- Go to recovery. Recomended: TWRP 2.8.6.0.
3- Wipe system, data, cache and dalvik cache.
4- Install the ROM.
5- Install GApps.
6- Reboot.
7- Enjoy!​

There are some problems with basketbuild downloads... try downloading from Androidfilehost!!

I modified the update script, as when installing the rom the recovery restarted and not settled, only removed some unnecessary lines

First bug is due to the Z5 SystemUI as you know our devices doesn't have the same specifications as a Z5. I recommend not to touch quick toggles option.
Motorla Camera is not a bug hahahaha. The stock xperia camera is not working, however you can use all camera effects.
What do you mean by 'Many more...'?

Hell yeah!!! I highly recommend you to install Serajr Blurred SystemUI and Serajr Xperia Xposed modules..... thats xtreme personalization fo Xperia Z5G!

First: Thank you for this awesome ROM is very fast and useful!
So, I will show some bugs which can be fixed in the next update.Errors
- If you take the NFC icon in the rearrange quick settings the Android crashes
- The Album and Movies apps are showing some errors when is open giving the message: Device has been Stopped
- The Music app while a music is running the app (in notification bar) stay white
- When some screen shoot is maked, it no shows the "Share" and "Delete" in the status bar options, just a message: SIGN INTO NETWORK.
