sometimes i wanna download some games but i said it's heavy not work in my phone !! and this games big size so it's hard to download and not work in end !
so i want anyone tried heavy game just say name game and what's your opinion about performance !?

OK, I swapped my sd once and tried to play N.O.V.A. 2. It's good but since I use my phone not for gaming, so I uninstall it, but I have a backup, just in case.

dead space with my gaming version but now using cm10
I played Real Racing 3 but kept crashing on my phone at times...

Real racing 3, N.O.V.A 2, and nfsmw works fine,
and all emulator works good too, because this is a middle class GPU (andreno 205) we should play a heavy game maybe

Anyways, Unblock Me FREE and Lane Splitter for me. I also have Snake '97 on my phone but its hard to press just 3 & 7. Sometimes i randomly press the 2,4,6,8.
My favourite game is Speedx 3D, perfect to enjoy 5 spare minutes.

Read playstore feedback before you pay/download a app, saves you a ton of frustration.

Either that or he's using a kernel with a modified sdcard binary file causing the game not to work. Mostly occurring on Rock star games

E.A. has a ****ty support...
They have updated Plants vs. Zombies recently, to suport ICS, and guess what? No phones with HD resolution are supported, only phones up to 960x540 resolution...
Peggle, Real Racing 2, Fifa 12, Columns and others have not even been upgradade to support ICS, and even if they do, it won't probably support HD resolutions...
So, if you want to run all games, go and buy a phone with 800x480 or 854x480 resolution, that runs Gingerbread... Otherwise, some games won't run, due to ****ty support like E.A. does...
Max Payne and Tiger Woods also don't work on stock

Real Racing 2 works, try it on AOKP with the default kernel.
The governor you are on will determine whether or not some games work. It's weird.

It works....... you just need to replace the sdcard binary with the one in Franco's original OP with those permissions.
@OP: Complain to the devs of the game for lack of compatibility for ICS.

For the games who have problems with Francisco's kernel... the sd card binary is the principal issue, but ok maybe not for all the games.
So flash the stock sd card binary and games like Max payne, FIFA...
And to the OP: how can you expect help (concrete) with so little info/details (games, rom, kernel, settings, etc...)???

I'm on the panaroid 1.3 and Max payne is running really weel, even better than on my old computer when the game came out. But some free games like YooNinja Free are verry laggy ?!!
I was wondering if it was not a gpu problem but i guess that max payne is much more powerful so i don't really anderstand why yooninja is laggy...

Nope, don't blame Tegra here, s3 is struggling with same issue, Gameloft haven't seem to have optimized it that well

same here.. laggy (stock rom)
horn & dark meadow are run perfect and they're using same engine
I got dark meadow two days back, it lags very little if there is lag at all. But maybe that's because of the JB rom. Jetpack Joyride lags more than dark meadow on my hox

what are you talking about unreal engine has received a premium conversion for tegra
did you not try Dark meadow and more importantly Horn??
no Gameloft are still idiots, the tegra 3 GPU is a little weak on the pixel fill rate, extremely strong on the vertex power
all they had to do is run at a slightly lesser resolution than 720p like Horn
It's a nice game.
I'm on ARHD 9.7.2 stock kernels, it seems to run okay with the Renovate gaming app.
I don't know if it'll ever get any better than it is now unless GL manage to patch it somehow with updates etc...

can i give you a simple hint to everyone?
both the vector unit games and Horn apply the same trick which is to lower the resolution a bit, this is easiest way to optimize games for tegra
madfinger is something else though, completely designed from day one for Tegra, shadowgun and dead trigger are still the best for me

Horn sucks, sorry to be a tool but it really does.
The graphics are ok but the game itself is just boring.
But then again ive always hated games like this.
Such as Oblivion and Assassins creed thats what I compare it to, POOOOP!
so nothing seems to improve this game fps besides gaming boost but not enough to save it
while this fps is acceptable for many types of games it makes this game simply not fun its a god of war clone and speed/feedback is everything
very bad job by gameloft despite being graphically no where near horn, seriously this kind of fps is an instant fail in the world of gaming

this is because of the HTC ondermand governor and the stock values when ever the phone is not being pushed the clocks keep scaling down
a very good example is ripetidge gp, which keeps jumping up and down from very smooth to laggy, ie: in light ares it lags and speeds up in heavy areas
manipulate the governor values to our boost values and ripetide locks to 60fps
this is actually a configuration problem form HTC's CPU governors, its non existent on the Nexus 7
Wild blood is running smooth with franco new kernel.. But I still not passing the dragon chapter.. =_=

I would like to Play racing games like: Asphalt Series ( 6,7 and 8 ) ; NFS Series ( Shift, HP and MW ) and Real Racing Series ( 2 and 3 )
Asphalt 6 pretty smooth, bad graphic
Asphalt 7- Never played it
Asphalt 8- Bad graphic, lag, minor graphical issue
NFS Shift- Smooth
NFS Hot Pursuit- Smooth
NFS MW- Normal graphic( no real time reflection)- Smooth
Real Racing 2-Never played it
Real Racing 3- Little lag, medium graphic
Other games:
Nova 3 v1.0.5 no lag but black sky (graphical issue)
GTA VC-lag
Minecraft-No lag
MC4- minor lag sometime
NBA2K12- lag because of the reflection on the floor
I personally don't think this tablet is good for gaming(without custom rom,etc.)

I've tried these games on my tab 3 7" -
Asphalt 7 (no lag)
Shadow Gun Full HD Version (very little to no lag)
GTA Vice City (very little to no lag with frame limiter on and resolution 80%)
Death Trigger 2 (it lags occasionally)
Asphalt 8 is little lag and MC4 is minor lag on my tab 3 I hope Tab 3 7" may get KitKat 4.4 and will have gaming improvements.. May be....

It will be because the KitKat is made to run on even slower devices.. requires less ram etc so there will be improvements:victory:

I agree about country restriction, but I use seal rom v2 and run Asphalt 8 on medium resolution 0% lag the graphics Awesome , I can run it on high resolution but some levels lag 10% anyway it is Awesome

I enabled "gpu settings in developer options" and installed rockettab rom v3 lite , blackhowk kernel v1.8 .then play asphalt8 on high settings it is smoooooooth with all effects like smoke, blure high speed emotions, dust, real craches effects it is awesome now like in lg g2 !!!!!

yup ur right buddy
but i i played asphalt8 and with high gfx it lags a bit not smooth.........................i didnt tray new ver.
