HTC One Genuine Leather Case - One (M7) Accessories

There are so many cases made of different material, such as we all know TPU,hard PC material,PU leather, and they of a comparative better price than the genuine leather case, yet as the most classical genuine leather, if there's a need to have a high price genuine leather case for our loved M7 mate...?

Whilst I can't make head nor tail of what your post actually says, I'm guessing you're looking for a leather slip pouch for the One?
If so, I would recommend waiting for Beyza to come out with their Slim Zero range for it. I have had this case for the One X for about 6 months and it's a beast. No other case has lasted so long. And in fact I'm using it on the One now until they bring out a proper fitting case

This is what I'm considering

I am also looking for a genuine leather pouch for the One.
Just a heads up I bought the PU Leather version of that ebay link one and although it says it fits the One its not a perfect fit really, the top sticks out by about 5-6mm. Maybe the genuine leather in that one will stretch more. I've gone back to the S560 pouch I have for my One X which isn't a great fit either, too wide and loose.
What I really would like would be a genuine leather case like the meteor case that I have for the Sensation. It was a great quality pouch, soft leather, didn't add any bulk at all just like a tightly wrapped skin around the phone to protect it.

Oh and the pull tab (which I don't like anyway) is made more annoying by the fact that its not elastic like the HTC one its just like thin seatbelt material, and second theres no magnet like the HTC one so the pull tab doesn't stick to the case it just flaps about. I only paid £2.90 so its not bothering me but its a simple case of you get what you pay for.
Dan

Cheers for the advice about the PU case. That ticks it off the list then. I'll post if I come across anything better looking

I found (and ordered) this leather case from an Etsy seller. It is expensive ($80) but I am hoping it's worth it. There are hidden magnets that keep the flap closed.
The seller's page is at: http://www.etsy.com/listing/125790273/ha41-hand-stitched-handmade-personalized
Apparently it takes 5-7 days to make and then ?? days to arrive from China. Hopefully it will be here close to delivery of my One! I'll post my comments on it after I get my hands on it...

No offense but I don't trust to a chinese seller and give 80 bucks for a case like that. Most likely it is not even genuine leather.

I'd search "hard graft phone cases". They have this stunning leather bi-folding case/wallet for the iphone 5. However the size is generous enough that it may accommodate the m7. They're based in the uk I believe. I actually just emailed them asking if the m7 would fit into this, or any of their cases, or even if they were planning on making cases for this phone. I'm considering getting one for myself, and I figured I'd inquire first.. as it'd be an expensive mistake.

who knows HOCO ? some guys mentioned their case and in my impression that all the hoco case are made of genuine leather, and esp. their name is something classic and vintage style such as duke series case, baron series etc, so far they launched a leather flip case and going to try it as my M7 comes if no one give them bad scores...

Genuine leather pouch is looks great. i found some of the leather pouches, but unfortunately they don't seems beautiful.

Just go on the PDAir site, they have several leather HTC one cases

I exchanged e-mails with someone at Hard Graft http://www.hardgraft.com/ about a leather case that would fit the HTC One, and he said:
Thanks for your message, we've got something on the way that fits your phone.
We'll keep you updated.

Ya, some cases ain't cheap, but to each their own. I have purchased a dozen or more crummy cases over the years for $15 - $25 that are all in a landfill now. I also bought a pricey leather case for my iPad a few years ago and it's still in use, looking better than ever.

I ordered the black one and another person on this thread did so too.
It's a bit pricy, but I like the design. I hope it isn't too heavy or bulky. What's the use having the lightest phone out there to burden it down with a bad case. I also picked up one of the cheap <$5 silicon gel cases. Had good experiences with those in the past, but they are a bit bulky.

Yeah, it's a little pricey, but I like when I find something "Different". I've never seen something quite like these.
$18 isn't more than what T-Mobile wants. This case looks pretty nice though, not as bulky. I'm buying this one and the leather one from Zenus because it looks really good too. Now that one is pricey at about $40...
Bought a red one also last week. It's the color that stands outs to me. Also ordered a jelly case for full protection when I need it.
so are these made out of the same thing as the gel skins? like silicone?
or are they more of a hard material with a rubbery finish?
I love this unique design. It definitely stands out. I'm thinking of ordering the red or green case. Thanks for the link.
really like the design but there's an extra cutout on the top right corner above the camera

LoL seller doesn't know about the Vibrant, but he might be getting more business from all the Tmobile buyer folks in the US.
Will this fit? According to both T-Mobile website specs and GSMArena specs the Vibrant is .3mm wider than the Origional SGS.
Origional SGS: 122.4 x 64.2 x 9.9 mm Source
Vibrant: 122.4 x 64.5 x 9.9 mm Source and Here (you will have to do inch to mm conversion but comes out to same as gsmarena)
P.S. The T-Mobile website says 2.5" but its actually 2.54".

1mm is like smaller than 1/16 of an inch. Your talking .3mm. For Gel cases it should not be an issue. This is a plastic "premium flexible polycarbonate" so it might be a problem, but the design with the extra cutouts on the short sides should allow some flex to the long sides. We won't know for sure till someone gets their case.

Mine shipped yesterday. I should get it in about 5-10 business days. So if it doesn't fit I'll have wasted $20. So it better fit.
I'd recommend getting one of the cheap <$5 soft gel cases from eBay and wait for some feedback on this case.

Yeah, all of the cases for the i9000 will have that extra cutout. It's for the TV antenna that Korean phones have (which we in the US will likely not get to experience anytime soon - HOORAY FOR THE FCC!).

I most definitely will!
Got my mesh case in the mail today. Bought them on the 20th, so delivered from Korea in 6 days. Not bad.
Got them from this seller on eBay. Bought both the mesh and jelly cases. As part of his promo he included free screen protectors and added an additional clear jelly case for getting back to him if his cases fit the Vibrant (which they do!)
Note: The free case and screen protectors were a special gift and a separate promo. I'm not saying everyone will get it. You can ask, but don't bug the seller if he doesn't give you one. If it ain't listed on the eBay listing, you ain't got squat.
First the pictures from the mesh case. The case has a nice snug fit and almost feels metallic. The cutouts fit perfectly, but due to the hard plastic feel sharper edged than the jelly case. Weight-wise it pretty light and actually makes the Vibrant more wieldly because without a case the Vibrant is almost too light.
Here are the pictures of the Jelly case. I got both a clear and black one, but I prefer the black one better and that is what I am using now. The soft silicone is slick enough so that it doesn't feel sticky, but also prevents the Vibrant from sliding around when you put it into your car dashboard (still waiting for my mount). I'm not so hot on the crystal design on the back, but thankfully it isn't too obvious with the darker case.
Here are the pictures. The majority of the picture show the darker "black" case. The clear case is shown in 9263, 9264 and 9265 for comparison.

Accessories for Epic 4G Touch

This is a placeholder post!
Here's Samsung's own list of accessories. I'm hoping to find the Spare Battery Charging System at in-store somewhere at launch, as even with the claims about battery life on this phone I'm pretty sure I'll need it. I bought the battery alone (official) for about $20 on eBay for my original Epic, along with a cheap knock-off charger, but it seems like it would be worth having the nice stand this time. Plus I suspect since we're kind of a one-off on the battery it might be a while before we see the accessories popping up online.
The other thing I'm looking for is a good holster. So far all I've found is this which may have to do. I've always preferred clip-in holsters, but I had a leather one carry me through my Moment and Epic that I've been happy with, so I may do the same again.
Here at the sprint stores, we'll be selling a slim case with built-in kickstand
It's pretty nice. It's all black, the back is a sort of tough nylon weave, and the kickstand is a black metal band the runs the whole width about a third of the way down, and a tiny hinge in the middle, so half of the band is the kickstand. I like it because it's a nice alternative to traditional plasticky cases, and the kickstand appears to be pretty durable. The fabric feel will definitely take some getting used to, but one upside I've found so far is the awesome amount of grip...this thing should never slip out of your hand.
EDIT: when I get in to work today I'll try and take a couple pics and post em up here

I just returned from the closest Sprint store (an hour away) and while they didn't have the phone, they had 2 cases and a set of screen protectors. The case in that picture is exactly what the Sprint store had. It was even in a Samsung labeled clamshell container, making me think that maybe its a Samsung original product??? Anyway, I thought it looked very nice and would have bought it had they allowed it. They said the pricing wasn't available yet, so they couldn't sell it.

Post your Cases Here

In order to avoid a torrent of specific case threads, let's just throw them all in here. I'll start.
Generally speaking, I think your best bet in terms of cases is going to be either the PDair cases for maximum portability or a durable Nintendo DS case for durability. In terms of possible portable keyboards or keyboard cases, I would look at some blackberry playbook keyboard cases and either use the entire case or just take the keyboard from it. In terms of an all-in-one case for those of you who want to keep tons of accessories with your Note, the Slappa PSP Hardbody Complete case would work pretty well.
Here's a good case if you want a durable case that has some room for chargers, cords, headset, etc:
Slappa DS Case - $20 but 20% off right now
Comes in three different styles. I would post direct links but haven't hit the correct post count to post links yet. You can get them off Slappa [dot] com and there's a US, Canadian, and UK site. I've bought a bag from Slappa about a month ago and can vouch that Slappa makes VERY good quality stuff. UPDATE: Slappa's got a 20% off sale on pretty much everything right now so check it out.
"The DS HardBody provides ULTIMATE PROTECTION that gamers have come to expect from SLAPPA , and is perfect for the gamer on the go. With its Molded Duro-Shock xEVA HardBody shell and rainproof zipper tape with two molded alloy zipper pullers, your DS is safe from rain, fire, and the banging that comes with porting.
Additional features include a DS player stabilizer strap, compartment divider with two game storage pockets and an earbud storage pocket. Also included are a carabineer clip and a velcro belt loop strap to provide multiple transport options."
Here is mine:

Quality is good. Size is right. Just wish it was thinner, since the Note is so thin. Clip is not that sturdy, but the belt loop works very well.
Raedan.de does it for each device.

I did also, it was a scam. It costs so much to return it, you get stuck with a cheap little case.

dell streak on the picture, but it is the same
Had them a while ago, but the problem for me is that they are too hard. Hard like a box. No flexible parts to fit smooth to the devices. There has to be a small gap and so the device moves around from hard part to hard part.
Dislike.

Hi UVZ, I'm considering this case can you please answer a few questions for me? is the leather soft or hard? does it fold and close ease? how thick is it closed with the gnote + cards in it? thanks
hi
the leather is soft, reinforced with a sheet of carton just inside the frontal and back covers, so it fold very fine and ease
also the case for device is hardest
to know about the thick with cards, just sum 53,98 mm (standard ISO/IEC) for each card you want; you can easily place all the 5 cards
this is a model with 2 compartments for money as a big portfolio, but there is also a model without this feature, less expensive.
sent with a nice carton black box and a brown pocket for the case
if it reflects your needs I can easily recommend both the product and the seller

My streak wasn't moving an inch in there
now in effect it's a bit large for the note
I think it is important to ask to the seller if it is a new and specific model for the note or it is the old model for the streak

Thanks for replaying UVZ. Is there a seller with them in stock? i was just gonna order the E6 without the lock flap ( like yours ) from the easecase ebay store.
the seller is only one, the producer
follow my link on my first post, it's a ebay link to the seller
It's now available

im using the otterbox impact case (dell streak model) for my note. had to cut a few bits and pieces to get it fully functional. looks ugly but should hold out until some better cases start arriving.

Smart cover clone for galaxy tab

I was looking for covers for my tab and found these on ebay

I am also interested in this. Im glad that it has a case of the back side, I already got a small scratch
nice case
I have one. It's a nice case. I've had leather portfolio cases, tpu, etc and this is my favorite by far. Nice and thin but covers the screen nicely.
I just got one from ebay. It's quite nice! What I like about it is that it's thin so doesn't really make the galaxy tab that much fatter like a lot of other cases. The stand functions are pretty nice, the strips on the cover are magnetic (although the magnet isn't very strong). They, however, do not turn the screen on and off; which is expected since it's not an ipad 2, but on ebay the description said that it does that so it was a bit of false advertising there. Overall I think you really can't go wrong when it's 10 bux for the case and 99 cents for shipping. It did take 20 days to ship however! Also be aware that the flap doesn't close magnetically, so there is no certain mechanism that holds the cover in place it just covers the screen.
Wow this forum won't let me post the link to the one I bought, there are a few different ones, but since you can do a search it's the one for 10 bucks.
I just got this case on ebay last week, and its great, except the cover does not stick (magnets or anything), but it´s OK.
ITEM 220933221745 on ebay i can´t post links yet.

That case is very nice looking but it is a bit pricey, basically $55 USD shipped to US. With that being said, I am very tempted to order it.

It doesn't feel thick, but what surprised me was the weight with the case. Compared to the book case, I wouldn't know. I'm not sure why (being that the case feels light), but it does make the the tab feel heavier. Eventually I'll buy the book case, but for now this is a good case for under $20.

I have a book case. It provides good protection and good for stand. But it adds thickness and weight. I don't like it when I am just reading. This case is 9oz and a book case is around 11oz. So, it should feel pretty close to it when it comes to weight.

I've seen 2 types of smart cover cases.
The snap-in type described above, such as:
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Smart-Cover-...?pt=US_Tablet_Accessories&hash=item5d303b5069
or a slide-in type, such as:
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/SAMSUNG-GALA...?pt=US_Tablet_Accessories&hash=item33701c41a9
I've seen both go by different names and different sellers on different sites, but I'm guessing based on the similarity that there are really just 2, sold by different distributors.
Has anyone tried both versions? I'm curious whether one is better build/feel and/or less bulky/lighter.
I've currently got a Samsung Book Cover Case which is pretty slim, but I don't like the way the Tab is upside-down in the shallow angle. I'm thinking one of these might suite me better, so long as they are comparable to my current case in terms of bulk and weight (if not better).
Thanks!
Anyone try this case?

Haven't tried that case but it's one of the 2 styles I've mentioned in the post above yours.
Obviously the seller is full of *** in that he claims it will wake and sleep your tablet (it won't) and confuses the galaxy tab with "tablet pc" and "apple tablet" throughout his description.
Beyond those caveats, I spent some time yesterday fishing out limited reviews on this case and found a small number of customer reviews on dealxtreme and amazon. They were almost uniformly negative: sharp corners, cheap, cardboard like material, weak magnets. Based on these reviews I'd go for the other style smart cover case (the one where you snap the tab in rather than slip it in).
The one advantage this type seems to have is it appears to be a little lighter.

I have the first case of the two mentioned a few posts above and I have to say it's quite nice.
It's not perfect but it really is quite thin and makes the tablet more portable.
I got it on Amazon on new year's eve and I think it was on sale for $20 or $15 (I remember I was surprised at the price drop for the color I wanted).
The good:
Everything mentioned above.
The Bad:
The folding screen cover blocks the docking/charging port so it needs to be uncovered in order to charge.
When folded into a high position stand, the docking/charging port is on the bottom and is blocked by the surface (can't charge while tablet is standing).
It really isn't bad. I think the problems mentioned above have to do with the fact that the tab's port is not on the same side as the volume/power buttons.
Hope this helps you decide.
I received the snap in cover identical to the one in wo0urds video review. Overall I like it. Materials seems nice for a sub $20 Chinese clone. Definitely has some heft to it, but it's very slim. There are weak magnets in it, but it doesn't magnetically stay shut.
The 'leather' material is poorly adhered to the plastic backing. It started coming lose after a day or two. I ended up ripping it off and gluing down much more securely.
Overall I like it and it fits great and looks great. I'd buy it again, but just be aware of what you're buying. It's a good $20 buy, but I wouldn't spend $40 or more (like a lot of cases are).

I have this case too and reviewed it on amazon. Mine is white on the back. I think I adds more weight than it should but is the best case I've found so far.

I myself have the one below and I love it! It's the Samsung Bookcover Case and It's perfect for what I need. The TAB is thin as it is and this gives it a little weight...makes me feel more "protected" 'cause of its added bulk. But it's not that much bigger. I'd recommend this over the cheap covercases out there. It's sturdy, well made and worth the money (in my opinion). As an added feature, I bought the CaseSensor Software for my TAB that locks the TAB when you close the cover and unlocks/wakes it up when you open it. It's pretty neat and works well most of the time.

What are some cases to don't suck ****?
I got two for mine, one from PDAir, which is a belt/clip case, and one from tuff as nuts, which is a belt case. The tuff as nuts is great for me because you actually slip it onto the belt - no way it can come off.
Both are leather and excellent quality.

I switch my cases quite a bit. the best for me imo are the Nillkin brand from china. they look very chic and nice. I have the white leather with front screen protector. I had dropped a few of my phones and damaged the screens due to no front protection. Yeah any case will protect majority of the phone, but not the most important part...the screen. ever since I started using thin hybrid covers, never had a broke screen again. The cover I have is thin without the bulk and yet very nice. I get compliments and others want the same for their model phones. Check them out. you can buy almost anywhere ...ebay, amazon. I buy off ebay all the time. even though most come from china, it takes less than two weeks to arrive.

I have to agree with this...
I preordered the HTC One and I have yet to see any cases that I really like. I've kind of settled with the Diztronic Matte case and an aluminum Devilcase bumper. I mean they get the job done as I just need a case that is sturdy enough to take a drop every so often but still be thin/lightweight.
I have to say this is one of my main gripes about the phone... the case selection. (especially compared to like an iPhone)
Received yesterday this one, the Ballistic Aspira in black-lime.
Adds a little more bulk to the One but if you have fear of dropping it accidentally this may be damping well.
Found for 14€ on ebay.
I bought a Body Glove DropSuit and a commuter series otterbox for my htc one. I pretty much use the otterbox all the time, but if I didn't have it, I wouldn't mind the dropsuit. It has easy nice grips and is pretty rugged. I'm not quite sure what kind of bells and whistles you're looking for, but I wanted something that didn't add much size to the phone and would protect it when i drop it.
http://www.amazon.com/Body-Glove-9342501-DropSuit-Rugged/dp/B00CBSZFX6/
I'm partial to the BadassCase! Here is mine, needs to be cleaned for sure, but this is after about 5-6 months use.
This is what i use. love it

Wow, I haven't post here in years.
Here is the case that I find looks the best:
ebay /itm/290979521108
It follows the design of the back of the phone itself and is really thin. It may not offer much in drop protection, but if you're looking to for something sleek that will keep you from scratching the hell out of your phone, this is it. It's made of a stiff TPU and is well textured for grip. Feels more plasticy than rubbery but still flexible. Fits as good as it does in the ebay pic too. A really well formed and cut case for dirt cheap. Ships from China but I got mine sent to Illinois in week's time.
The best was the poetic atmosphere but that got discontinued and now impossible to find. I wanted a second one too a blue one
Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
I just picked up a Body Glove DropSuit at Wal-mMart for $16, best case I've had for this phone yet. I got it in Grey, I'm actually gonna go back and get one in black, too. Fits absolutely PERFECTLY, pretty much snaps on over the phone, being a lightly-flexible TPU. I've already dropped it once today, and it bounced once and landed flat. Only thing I haven't liked so far is the volume buttons are hard to push, but that's it. I LOVE it. Super grippy, and the ribbed back and grip blocks down the sides make it totally solid to hold.
This case looks like a tank
I have Official HTC One Hard Shell and im happy with it - bought it through ebay. Saved my phone twice
