Re: [ROM][AOSP][JB][4.2.2][JDQ39] SuperNexus 2.0 - I9000 - BUILD 4 [03-04-13]
Nice to see you here Faryaab.

Thanks Faryaab. Will try this ROM out soon.
Any chance of someone providing a mirror? Hotfile downloads somehow never finalize with my ISP.

Re: [ROM][AOSP][JB][4.2.2][JDQ39] SuperNexus 2.0 - I9000 - BUILD 4 [03-04-13]
Thanks faryaab:thumbup:

@Faryaab , I know it is a stupid feature request , but since the Galaxy S is old now , high end graphics effects are not enabled , unlike other AOSP phones like GNex or Nex 4. Why not enable it to give us more of an AOSP experience.
Also another small thing, how to enable purging of assets and KSM in this ROM, as it doesn't have the performance menu.
I don't wanna use any app, so the terminal commands would be better. I would implement them in an init.d script.

Flashed from BUILD 3 unofficial(no wiping), within a few minutes phone crashes while playing around with gallery app. Rebooted device, same problem. Reverting back to BUILD 3 for now.

Mirror, with permission from Faryaab (very thanks)http://depositfiles.com/files/u7jntr9dl

Big thanks to aways. I always loved Faryaab's clean ROMs including the made for SGS F1 Innovation HD and F1GalaxyNexus....
Now you port SuperNexus too. So everything works... Is the camera the AOSP + extras or the CM one with HDR and night mode etc.
EDIT: Is antutu score with stock CM kernel or some other custom kernel ?
Thanks, thanks, thanks my friend. Make the work is exceptional. Are downloading. I will certainly support your work with a donation, promised, thank you. Excuse my english, luckily Google helps translated.

They are stock AOSP features. So unless this ROM has the modifiable quicksettings , this surely will have that one.

Just a small suggestion for all your threads ktempleton. Can you please put the last release date in your Thread Title? It would make it easier for many of us to see when a new build is released. Thanks.
Edit: This rom sounds similar to Evervolv.

I can do that the date in the title.
As far as being similar to evervolv they are both aosp ROMs they are however maintained and developed by different people or teams the source comes from different places to I did use the evervolv trees though

Re: [ROM]SuperNexus[JB 4.2.2]unofficial,AOSP
I've been getting bored of touch wiz lately....time for some "pure jelly super nexus aosp yummy goodness!!".....boy that was a mouthful.....
I'm assuming this has the speakerphone bug. That's the only thing keeping me from jumping back to AOSP. Oh yea and the notification LED battery drain. Good work though
Re: [ROM]SuperNexus[JB 4.2.2]unofficial,AOSP
I don't know why you would assume anything my man I build several ROMs and have only had that speaker phone show up one time on one ROM you should test it out

Welcome here. From N7000 to here. So happy now! Testing
Great to see this ROM for i9505 now.
Just a question though. Wouldn't it be a true Nexus if all Google Apps were there from the start? Like Youtube, Chrome, etc?
Also, I can't seem to make ROM Manager work so I can change from Philz to Clockworkmod.
It says Galaxy S4 is not supported and does not show up on the list.
Omg, Suiper Nexus is here. I have sold my Nexus 4 but now I can have it back with just a bigger screen. Thank you Faryaab. I only hope thart the battery will last as long as on the GE from MaKTail.
I have just tried to settle down on a ROM but again it is only for 2 days... Whats wrong with me? .

Think I got a bad download. Camera doesn't work, no service, no boot screen. Or is because of a conflict with Philz recovery?
Oops yep user error it's the recovery. Hehe All good now. Nice Rom.

First of all, thanks Faryaab for this. It's great to have some AOSP on the iI9500.
So far, the bugs that I have had are:
-A few random reboots.
-The gallery can't open .jpg.
-Can't take photos or record video.
-When manually blocked, the soft buttons keep lighted up until the screen timeout is reached.
I haven't tried calling so I can't say anything for that.
Thanks again, looking forward to the next builds!
