Type cover - Galaxy Note 10.1 Accessories

I recently purchased a Bluetooth keyboard that also functions as a cover for the Note. Keys are on a lower level so the screen doesn't come in contact with them. Tactile feel is a bit snap more than click.

But do you like it and after using it would you buy it again or look for another.

Cool Story Brah :fingers-crossed:
JKJK, I thought about getting the same one just a few weeks ago from amazon. how long is the battery life looking?

It isn't bad by any stretch but I'd be willing to pay a little extra for a model that clamped on to the Note a little more securely. Carrying it around by hand is fine, but if I'd put it in a backpack I'd worry that they'd separate. Perhaps some real world testing is required, but I'm chicken.

I've charged it once only. It is rated for 150 hours of usage so probably be another two weeks before it needs to be charged again.

I have seen a video review on it and they talked about that same issue, I would not trust it from what I saw in the video.

Wish I had seen that before the purchase, but I'd probably bought it anyway. To me it i a complimentary keyboard, my main is a MS Bluetooth Keboard 6000.

I have this keyboard and use it quite a lot. Battery life is good and I do just toss it into my bag and go. I've had it about 4 months with no problems.

For me the white one is more attractive and would go better with my white 8013.
The price is very good and makes me want to order one but I'm going to pass on this accessory.
For now.
.

is it possible to use a case while using the keyboard?
also is it possible to have a case on when its clamped with the tab?

mate do you know if that "Full Housing Battery Cover Samsung i9100 Galaxy S 2 II" includes the silver bezel bit on the front of the Galaxy S II?
Ask on ebay matey the best thing to do would be to ask the seller.

I would be nice to get one not made of thin plastic!!
Hate that it's that fragile...now i put a silicon case around it to protect it...

Top glass is lifting up a bit

Everywhere else the glass is recessed a bit except for the top. Any one else?

Yes I have it although it is very very small and very hard to tell (only if in sunlight at the proper angle. Shouldn't happen at all? No. But not enough to bother my OCD.....yet. If it gets worse and I think it will become a problem I will pursue a replacement so I'd keep an eye on it.

Nope. Mine is not that bad. It's only doing it in one small area right above the front facing camera. If mine was like yours I don't think I could get used to it. Although it's difficult to tell from just one picture. What I have noticed is that lint /dust gets caught in the gap. Kinda sux....

Got another unit but this one is not as bad as my first. This one I can live with. But unfortunately this one still has the screen smearing issue, and dlink wifi issue. Which are the main reasons I returned the first unit. I've found some work around so I think Im gonna keep the phone this time around.

Do a search for "Tablet beanbag" on amazon or ebay, there are many to choose from.
You could even make your own by filling part of a leg from a nylon stocking, a large tube sock or even the arm from old sweat shirt with rice and tie the ends in a knot.
.
Here is an outstanding multi tablet stand.....

Hey jgaf I remember seeing that on TV now...... I may get one....Target stores and Walmart in the USA sell those, they come in many colors and they transform for multi-function. As local stores carry it you can go to the store and touch it rather than ordering it on line and paying all the S&H charges.
I got a Levo G2 floor stand tablet holder, it's perfect so far and completely adjustable to any height or angle

Hand strap case?

Really looking for a case that makes it so I can hold my tablet with one hand and use my stylus easily... I used the search with no luck.... Anyone?
For reference, if you've ever been to a Verizon store you'll see all of them using it with their iPad
The ones on Amazon have awful reviews and look cheap as hell
Thanks in advance gents!

I bought this one from Amazon UK the other month: http://www.amazon.co.uk/MoKo-Samsun...qid=1397850078&sr=8-1&keywords=moko+10.1+2014
Very pleased with it (Also bought a 'Moko' case for my Note 8.0 and that has a strap and is good too)
Maybe this with the hand strap accessorie? It's a bit of a tank but I bought it because I'm a fumble.

Are you guys worried about the gap??

Are you guys worried about your note 4 having a gap? after hearing about the first phones over seas having a gap between the screen and the metal frame. don't know what to think of it, I wanna get the note on the 17th, but am afraid to pre order the note just because I don't want to open my brand new phone to a gap..
Nope.
Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
I'm not worried at all about it. I've had at least one spot, in every phone I've owned, that had a gap in it somewhere. If this is what it takes to bond metal to glass, I'm all for it. It actually states the gap is there in the manual, so it's a design feature. Check out this video about the gap.
www.youtube.com/embed/r3mNJCNnARo
If the glass was right up against the metal, the slightest drop would cause the screen to spider crack. The plastic had a little absorption abilities but metal will transfer any vibration directly to the glass...so you should be happy it is there...it shows they were thinking.
Had a pair of note 2's in the family for a couple of years they've worked fine all this time. They both had a gap that you could barely fit a sticky note in. Not really a problem.
