Either I'm blind or no one posted it on XDA yet... I looked through the first two pages of the Android Development forum here, and of General, twice.
The JW4 source has been released. Go to https://opensource.samsung.com/ and then type GT-I9000_Opensource_GB_Update2.zip in the Search box.
It has already been posted .

It depends, some devs have ported AOKP lockscreen on stock Rom : Simplistic, Alliance and Wanam... They should be able to port this too !

How easy do you think would be for you to actually find it if all the threads of the forum would be named "ROM" or "ROM1" or "Amazing ROM" or "ROM for your phone"? See my point?

How ever someone did post a script to make the similar quality 4mp pictures (ultrapixel)
I'm not sure where it is, but I'm sure that if you search you'll find it.

Possible but have to be coded its just porting the app but its not easy have to work with the software and hardware

Its a lot hard to do with all htc framework and etc. The GS4 camera hasnt even been port to android 4.1.x
