All gapps are here: http://goo.im/gapps/. Find the latest version compatible with your version of Android.
You can use Rom Manager to download them (as far as I know)

Let me download first, then i am uploading it in mediafire. But before flashing this double check the file whether it is right kernel u r looking for.
