Hello Guys
I have a problem with my note 2,since yesterday is stuck on the bot screen.I had a custom Rom on it and nothing like this happend before.
I did some search and tried to do something with the toolbox but seeing that the debugging is not on seems like this is nothing I can do.
I tried to install a new ROM with Odin but it says there is no PIT partition and i get the error.
What can I do?
I bought the phone in China and I'm in USA

Sorry didn't really know where to post,hope the admin can move it.
I can only go in download mode and it happened yesterday for the first time.
About the ROM I had installed this one

It did happen randomly yesterday for the first time.

Don't do anything and send it to samsung service station, it's likely sds and needs to change motherboard.

I would love to do that but where I bought the phone they said the warranty would be only available China and now I'm not anymore there,is there something I can do to fix it?
Sorry man it's hardware failure and you can't fix it with any measured with software. You have to pay upto 250 - 300 $ according country you are living, if you don't have warranty.

Yes it can be repaired even in rooted device the warranty still can be claimmed tested by me when my usb port are broken

camera chip+lens=complete camera
=> colors rendering+capturing=complete camera
color rendering = NOT WORKING
capturing=WORKING
SO WE CONCLUDE THAT YOUR PHONE's CAMERA CHIP HAS DAMAGED( i m no expert but it seems like so)
Maybe you can't clams this on to warranty because your phone camera is broken and its out of warranty

claimed it,
funny reason : i got the damage after a software update from kies, well the one who checked it gave me my warranty and will be repaired by them.
But i will have to wait since it needs to be shipped to another place since we dont have a service center in our place

mine just dropped 4feet from my hand then bounced 5 times due to silicon casing against ceramic tiles...incredibly it felt like nothing happened.....
Samsung guys really doesn't underdstand anythng
Wen I was new to xda I flashed creeds 2.0 and got stuck at custom boot animation
When I told them it happened cause of ota update....
And guess wat they unbricked it ....

i think your camera is 100% broken.
make an new firmwareflash(maybe it helps),when after this the camera shows in the first screenies,its broken.good luck,bro:good:

i know, its broken..i flashed full stock to claim warranty..still camerA broken
hay ronni just told them i was taking pic & my phone automatically Shutdown after power on it work like this i don't know what happen? so please check it. Never told them that you drop it

nope i tried it.. it wont boot at all
when i plug it into my computer the connection sound goes on but that about it
nothing boots up i cant go into download mode or recovery

How long ago did you get the phone...
Call your carrier and tell them that the phone is defective and it was overheating and doesn't even boot up. See what they tell you cuz' they may give you a discounted phone or a brand new... who knows!
If you have been a good customer and tell a good story they may give you a new one!

I'm glad you got one through the warranty dude. Many people don't have that option and just have to buy another phone or continue to try to resolve it. Your curiosity to see if there is anything else that can be done can annoy some people but this is how everyone learns. Props to you my man, glad you got a replacement.
Can you try something for me? Before you do anything to your phone in the dial pad put in ##rtn# see if it's a refurb and share with us bruh.

Better yet why do people think their entitled to a new phone at no cost to them when they ruined it all by themselves?
I rooted my phone last night, was running great, tried fox hound rising rom.its said it install but as it installing in cwm i noticed something didnt install and it was to fast for me to stop it.now phone will not turn on at all. is there is hope ?

Fox hound rising? Is that for a different carrier? If so, you very well may have bricked it. I would recommend only flashing roms specifically made for your carrier.

That ROM is for the international variant.. If it's not responding to power+home+volume then there's probably no hope.

Samsung won't fix it because you voided your warranty by flashing, but if you can put it in download mode you can surely flash the stock rom through Odin

Not to be rude. But you have multiple people here trying to help. Try to type more coherently and give us more information please.
Try to get your phone into download mode. Press these 3 buttons all at the same time and hold, until the Samsung screen flashes. Volume down + home button + power button.

Another way to force download....
Pull the battery and put it back in.... Phone in completely off state....
Plug the USB to the computer only
hold Home + Vol down while plugging USB to the phone
that happened to me 2 weeks ago, mine wouldn't even turn on, I sent mine to mobiletechvideos for them to fix it. cost me $60
If you buy a USB jig it saves you 60 dollars and it resets your fash counter

If he is hardbricked by flashing the i9300 rom with bootloaders it needs JTAG not a jig.
Furthermore a jig has never reset the flash counter on the s3..
i just order jtag sending out monday
does jtag really work,and is hard bricking your phone bad for performance

You didn't follow directions or bother to read. I suggest you read about jtag or buy a new device. Next time read before make such expensive decisions.

Like the tittle says on my note 2 go too recovery and little android laying down with a caution sign sticking out its cabinet. Anyway it happens on both my recently replaced phone I just unrooted the stock rom matches my replacement phone s thats never been rooted so I assume its unrelated. Amyone know what it means?
